How's This Trade

In my Blue Jays Chise I traded Josh Towers to the Phillies for Gavin Floyd. I like it cause Floyd is just 22 and is a Top 100 prospect while Towers 28 and not that great.

Great for you, terrible for the Phils, unrealistic IMO. Floyd is the only young pitcher the Phillies have that has potential. This year he won't get alot of innings, but next year he's gonna be a quality mid-rotation starter, and could probably eventually make it as a 2 or even an ace.

Towers on the other hand is really just another inconsistent arm.

I wasn't talking about be realistic cause it wasn't but whatever. However in my chise he isn't the only good young pitcher the Phils have they got some really good young 23 year old from the the Marlins (i think) and another 21 year old out of free agency. Those two forced Floyd back to AAA where he was less than happy. Right now is the 5th man in my Rotation but switches with a free agent pickup that I signed.

Fine. He's the only young pitcher on the team with potential that has a normal name. Is the guy Roman or something?

Cole is a much more normal name then Gavin.

Gavin's got a "V" in it though. So it's cool. And for some reason Cole makes me think of cocoa puffs.
