do you guys be the runner, cause i do that and can never figure out the pitchers pick off move and i always get picked

its easy i dont play the runner but i use to..........if its a righty the second he lifts his leg take off its a balk if he tries to throw u out.........lefty its a bit more difficult i believe he had to be committed to home plate, but if u dont see his leg move towards home than dont go, someone can prolly explain it a lil bit better for lefties but for righties once u see the leg lifted go!!!!!
