First of all, don't come in here trashing a well-respected member of DC. You're just not going to win that battle. So don't even try it. Secondly, did you ever think that maybe Freak did not realize you asked Zephyr for permission? Perhaps he missed the thread, or the fact that you do know acknowledge Zephyr once on either of your sites.
As for the layout, Freak's dynasty is down so I can't remember what it exactly looked like, but I do remember it being pretty similar.
This is really not the way to approach this...

In one of the threads I read that zephyr said that you did not take them with permission that is what I was upset about. Also I was mad about a while ago when you took one of my layouts, modified it, and tried to pass it off as your own.
