Well ive started a new Royals dynasty

And im 14 games through the season but im pondering something. Right now im doing it in Dynasty mode on MVP Baseball. I did this cuz i wanted to have the real stadium of the Royals i didnt really wanna make one. But now ive actually played owner mode and like the Created stadium thingy. I also like in owner mode how u have ur staff and stuff like Scouts. one of my questions in Dynasty mode will scouts tell u about new prospects and stuff like they do in owner mode. Also which offseason is better. Please i need help with this question badly.
