Cubs Dynasty Question

I am torn away from a very difficult decision. Tomorrow is my graduation party, which my family gives lots of money for, my brother got $400 plus from his 8th grade graduation, so I plan to get that much, and I would need $70 of that to get MVP/PS2.

So, with great possibility of my dynasty starting this week, I have a huge decision to make.

Dynasty Mode-Play at the Friendly Confines and love the realism of playing at the second oldest ballpark in the Majors and just having the excitement there.

Owner Mode-Or start all over and have the challenge of balancing the money month after month and building a new stadium and control prices and funds to everything.

I want dynasty mode because I just can't stand not playing at Wrigley for my home games, but I want a challenge.

I'm leaning for Wrigley..so that's my decision on that, but I want to see what you guys think about it.

But, either way, I'm gonna do an Owner Mode dynasty with the Nationals or something, just to try it, separately, away from DC.

WARNING: Trades in MVP are a pain in the ass.

I would advise dynasty mode, but turn fair trades off, or you'll never make a trade, they're impossible. Just judge for yourself if it's fair or not.

In owner mode, you lose Wrigley and trades are too easy, it's like basically having fair trades off anyways. Plus keeping track of finances is annoying and would be tedious to record on DC, and baseball is hard enough as it is.

you can do owner mode, and still play at wrigley just before the game where you can choose a field choose wrigley instead of ur created ballpark

I agree with Terp. I wish you were able to do owner mode w/o a new stadium, but alas. Trades are impossible in dynasty mode, but jsut turn fair trades off and be the judge.

Owner Mode is horrible. You lose money like in the second game of the season.
