i was but i dont know any info on them or anything, like players and everything, and it will be much easier to do a team im interested in. I would also enjoy using them much more, because i would like playing w/ them and writing about them

why's it irritating, i Know this is like my 5th one, but IM choosing my team this time. So I will like them, hows my new layout for the O's chise, it's my first time ever making my own, so tell me what you think and what i should do to make it look better. so all plain white and black would be better? I can do that. I need people's opinions, and it is tough to figure out which colors work best. Thanks for input nafsder.

Not necessarily black and white. Ugh...here I go letting out my layout secrets...  First of all, I wouldn't change the size of the banner. I'd make the table conform to the banner size, and since I think I made it 500 to begin with, that is plenty wide. I'm a fan of light grey over white. (codes like e6e6e6, dcdcdc, fdf5e6, and f5f5f5 work well) It just looks more professional in my opinion, and adds some variation. I also like to use dark grey or a team color (a darker version of it...instead of the plain old yellow code i'd use something like ffd700) over black a lot of times, except for fonts...leave those black or very dark grey. (try 444444, 696969, or 808080 for some dark greys) If you look at pages like ESPN.com, you'll notice that you don't really see black and white. You see creams, greys, darker shades of red and yellow... I'd also try coloring in the border on some of your tables. I like to make my border the same color as my headings in my table (like if the wins, losses, games back row is dark grey, make the border dark grey). |
