Three points. Steve Bartman should have been up there.
Gmenfan, please make complete sentences and stop with the Instant Messenging lingo. It makes youe rant much easier to read.
The Yankees are not "better" per se. They just happen to have an owner who thinks winning is second to breathing and will spend tons of money just to get his team to win. You Yankees fans these days (bandwagoners and such) are so spoiled because you know nothing other than losing. When you lose two in a row, OFF WITH TORRE'S HEAD!!! When you win one, you're already holding the imaginary World Series trophy and planning the celebration through Manhattan. So just stop with the whole bragging thing. Wake up and smell the hatred toward your beloved pinstripes (Which technically aren't yours. So many other teams use pinstripes these days, you know?)
And to take something from Bama (Stay safe out there) That is my rant of the early morning.

I agree that some of those names are not the best on a hated list. I would have chosen Bonds, Bartman, and Giambi.

Well if you are talking about players, I have to go with Jeter. Then again, I just don't like the Yankees.

Usma, I could be wrong, but are you a Mets fan? I can only guess since are from NY and don't like the Yanks.

Nope, I used to love the Yanks, before Steinbrenner became a power hungry man whose next move might be buying out rights to the World Series. Now I like the local minor league team (Hudson Valley Renegades) and the Devil Rays, because I am attracted to teams that suck.

The Yankees don't suck playing wise, look at all their world series titles, but they do suck because they win all the time. I know that might not of made sence, but oh well live with it.

The Yankees problem has been chemistry. Look back to 1998. They had a lot of guys who were role players. Scott Brosius, Paul O'Neil, Bernie Williams, Tino Martinez, Joe Girardi just to name a few. You can have tons of big time players, and it is good for an All-star game or a few games, but they will never have what it takes to carry a team 162 games.

Cmon the "Yankees" arent a team, theres no chemistry at all, and with the exception of a few its a collection of overpaid veterans whos best year ever was the last of a contract. Id be impressed if the organization was able to build up a solid team through the minors, keep that team for a few years, and then win some titles (which arent coming as of late), but otherwise they are just buying all the "talent" out there, and no one likes that. It is funny how it doesnt seem to be working though.
