is there a possible way of making it very easy to to gain money in owner mode? like shuting off some things or sumthing?

Unless you are going to shaft your players and be a tightwad like Donald Sterling, not that I know of.

No, but to get money, after a year or two you have to get rid of you big money makers. For example, Cubs: Nomar starts off with a one year contract. After the first season, release him. resign a cheaper one.

dont buy anything but seating upgrades

U have to start out with large budgets, and DO NOT purchase the seating upgrade with the cash. The easiest way is to spend your cash on the top conncession stand and a smaller one, and the top store venue and a smaller one.
Then get promotional days for almost all your games (ecspecially those under 4/10)
Before the end of the first season you should be able to buy almost 2 seat upgrades. You don't have to get rid of all your good players, you just can't buy seat upgrades at first, because you blow 4 mil and you make 25% of what you could.
