Yeah he took a pretty hard hit. I got hit with a hockey ball when it wasnt even a hard shot and it hurt I can't imagine what he is going through. Hope he is okay.

Luckily, the ball was hit at his left eye, just above the lobe. Any lower they said and it could have done damage. I was at the game, and unfortuely, your natural reaction is what got him.
He woulda got his in his left arm had he stayed up and tried catching it, but your body says to drop and duck, which got him hit in the head.
the entire stadium was quiet....
A friend called and asked me to yell something and see if he can hear me.
