I want start a owner mode, but I don't know that team to pick. What would be a good team to pick?

I think Texas is a good one for owner mode.

You're going to be in debt no matter what after a season unless you go to the playoffs so pick a low costing but talented team.

When ever I sim, my team tanks in like August and I either get fired or am in debt up to my eyes. How did you get $11M over? I forgot what I was reading, but it said to buy the first seating upgrade first and then some concessions.

Yeah, concessions are important. Also schedule promotions to bring people in.

After one season youll be in debt, but buy seat upgrades. Most important. Im in year four of my Marlins OM and have everything upgraded, over 100 million in the bank, and rake in 3 mil per home game while losing just over 1 mil per non home game. It just takes time to find out what ticket prices work. Also dont buy two of any concession.
