Dude save up your money and go buy one at wal-mart, so then no one can take it away, or decide not to sell it to you. Cause you have the worst luck with this stuff, I swear. This has been a terrible week for me...my girlfriend after 7 months of problem-free relationship...she breaks up with me, but wants to go back out when school starts...and I get my PS2 yesterday, I'm excited having fun playing ESPN NBA 2K5...then today, after I spend awhile looking at games, buy WWE SmackDown vs RAW for 25 bucks...he calls...I have to take it back...I try the game anyway...doesn't work...but...I got my 40 dollars back from the PS2 and tomorrow I'm getting my 25 bucks back for the game...I am either just gonna buy one down the road, or just wait till the 360 is around $200, $250... |

I don't know why you even took it back. You lived up to your end of the bargain, so it's a fair transaction and there's nothing she can legally do about it, I think.

I did the same type of thing...I sold a Star Wars card with "Darth Vader's" signature on it to my neighbor for like 10 bucks when the trading cards were "cool".
