Well, he started up red hot for my Stros but over the last 10 games, has cooled off dramaticly.
I'm just asking for some trade ideas that I will complete later on in the future since I just came off a trade acquiring Roberts and Lopez.
So trade suggestions for Everett... I wouldn't mind another starting pitcher my rotation. But I'd rather not take a reliever as I just signed Jay Witasick. If I do acquire another SP, I would place Morgan Ensberg at SS, or we could also just go for a SS for SS deal. I do not want to take in any higher paid contracts. So I might lose talent but I want someone who can perform.
Thak you.

Here are some possible trades involving young shortstops and starting pitchers:
CLE: Johnny Peralta and a starting pitcher. OAK: Bobby Crosby and Kirk Saarloos* SEA: Jose Lopez and Joel Pineiro or Clint Nageotte.
*Billy Beane would never do this, but it's worth a shot in the game.

Yeah the Oakland idea, is a lil "errrr." But I like the other two suggestions. I really like Pineiro.

I would try the Seattle deal first (with Pineiro), then maybe try and get Nageotte instead of Pineiro if it doesn't work. After that, I suggest looking further into the Oakland trade, because Crosby is a beast in that game.
