how do you guys do recaps? game by games with less writing? or series with more? I am trying to do whichever is easier.

I do game by game, with a medium length of writing. Sure it's a lot of work, but I don't mind and hopefully I can stick with it.

I like the Series writing myself since it is nicely organized and you can't play the regular amount of games without going overboard with the recap schedule part od Dynasty Central
I really wouldn't know personally since I don't play baseball games or make dynasties about baseball teams but I do read some of them because they are interesting

I'd do series by series, or even week by week.
game by game would kill you by May.

Hmmm.... Week by Week ain't a bad idea. Not that I'd start doing it. But it might actually get someone past the 162-game season.
