I cannot find the link right now, but according to ESPN radio, the Orioles and Reds have come to terms with a deal. That would send Adam Dunn, and Jason Larue to the Orioles for Jorge Julio and Erik Bedard
The Orioles are also targeting Kevin Millwood, Juan Encarnacion, and Paul Byrd during the offseason.

I guess that's good for the Os, but Dunn sure does strike out a hell of a lot. And if the Os are contending for the division, they might want to get some half decent players. Millwood, Encarnacion, and Byrd aren't going to get them past 3rd in the division...

More hitting, less pitching. Seems like another typical Oriole move. Unless you can consider Bruce Chen their ace.

In case you weren't watching this year, Millwood had a Cy Young type year that was only held back by his lack of run support. Byrd would be a solid #4 or #5 guy and Millwood is still an ace.

A solid #4 or 5 guy? There are a number of those in the league. They're nice, but they don't make or break your team. And which Millwood would you be getting? The one with an ERA in the low 3s or the one in the mid 4s?

Well, Millwood could do alright in Baltimore, but I really wouldn't like to see Dunn in the Birds unis, because we have some offense, but we need pitching. Our staff is pathetic. We are also going after Konerko, but they are saying his asking prive is too high. As for Byrd we have offered him a contract of 3 years at 18 million, I believe.
Also the Orioles have announced in the papers, that Sammy Sosa, and Raffy are def. not coming back this year. This is a good thing for the Birds, but we will see who they get to replace em. They already called up rookie Nick Markakis, and they are working Geronimo Gil to play at first base.
