Prediction Time! Marlins finish with the worst record in baseball. Did you watch the Royals play at all last year? It hurts to be a Royals fan....

Tampa Bay will be better next year. Kazmir, Gomes, Cantu, Crawford, Gathright Baeyz; they do have the foundation of a nice team.

The Rockies aren't exactly intimidating, although they do have their Coors Field.

I love Kauffman (sp?) Field
The one Royals game I went to there, I was just like "ZOMG, blue". Must be the Vermonter in me.
Anywho, it's a shame the Marlins are headed so far down the drain.

Juan Pierre to the Cubs for Sergio Mitre, Renyel Pinto, and Ricky Nolasco.
I like the trade because I fate Mitre and dont even know the other guy. I did like Pinto though. Finally, we have a lead off hitter!

Does anyone think they are doing this to get out of the Miami lease a bit early?

Does anyone think they are doing this to get out of the Miami lease a bit early? Perhaps, but they did it in 97 and still stayed in Miami.

But they did not have the stadium problems back than. Not to mention other cities interested.
