2B Tony Womack to CIN from NYY for IF Kevin Howard and OF Ben Himes.

I like the Overbay/Bush-Gross-Jackson trade...the Brewers managed to get a lot more for Overbay than I would've expected. Bush will compete for the #5 rotation spot for the Crew, and has the potential to work his way up to a #3 or #2 in the future. He looks like he has some good breaking stuff...I'm pretty excited about this guy. Gross will be a good 4th outfielder for the Brewers, and no matter how bad he is, there's no chance at all that he'll be worse than Chris Magruder, who was the Brewers' 4th OF last season. Jackson was apparently one of the Jays' top pitching prospects, starting last season in A but working his way up to AAA in a single year.

By the way, the PTBNL given by the Brewers to the Jays has turned out to be Ty Taubenheim, a guy who spent most of the year in High-A but ended up in AA. He's a 6'8 righty who spent most of his career as a reliever, but was converted into a starter this season and took off from there, posting some great numbers in A ball.
