Hey guys. If anyone took my advice and bought the PC version of the game, and then downloaded the 06 mod...I'm starting up an online league. I don't know how much interest there would be here...but I'll throw it out there anyways. Just post here if you're interested.
Remember -- PC ONLY -- No consoles.

Ok, say I bought MVP 2005 for the PC. And I wanted to download the 06 mod with AOL. How long approximately would it take?
And could I get online with AOL? (Dial-Up)
If i was the voice for deciding internets I would change it to high speed/DSL/broadband whatever, for XBL and stuff like this...

Wait wait wait...the mvp 06 mod? It's huge. Trust me. If you're on dial-up, you can play the games with a little lag, but not too much problem...but the download just might take forever.
If it doesn't tie up the phone line, you may have to start it before school and when you come home from school....maybe it's done. Maybe.
I don't know...we'll have to have a test game IF you can download it...hopefully we can have you on board though.

What I was planning to do, because patches are usually like hella long on my hella crappy com-pu-tor...is just do it on like a Friday night, wake up the next day, wait 3 more hours for it to finish it up, and WALA! Because if I got MVP 2005 for the PC, I'd be more than happy to join my first EVAR league! |
