Miguel Cabrera not starting is a complete joke. What baseball needs to do is have the players/managers vote the starters based on actual *gasp* performance, and let the fans fill out the rest of the roster with popular names.

The All-Star game is for the fans. If the players having a breakout year...he'll make it into the game. Let the mainstream fans vote for the big names and just enjoy the festivities of the weekend.
I mean, if it were up to me...I'd be with you David...but oh well, that's the way things go.

I voted for Cabrera for the simple fact that I didn't know who else to vote for.

I voted for Cabrera for the simple fact that I didn't know who else to vote for. I voted for him based on the fact he leads the league in batting, while completely dominating Rolen in every category.

Not even in the top 5 for thirdbasemen. This is a serious injustice. Im going to spend my entire weekend voting under different email addresses for him.
EDIT: After another hit he is batting .354 on the season.

Cabrera is a freak, it is an injustice that he has to bench he is murdering everything and everyone. The guy could EASILY hit 50 homeruns a years if it wasn't for Miami Dolphins' Stadium. Not to mention he has always had a killer average, people are such sheep.

Where's the list? I want to see if Ryan Howard or Chase Utley are where they deserve.

Where's the list? I want to see if Ryan Howard or Chase Utley are where they deserve. Where? Backing up Pujols and Brandon Phillips respectively (by the way, it's a joke that they left Phillips off the ballot...) I almost wrote in Barry Larkin, but then I saw that Phillips wasn't on the ballot, and I felt I had to legitimately use my write-in spot for once.

NL being the home team, that's where they listed him.
