www.sportsline.com/mlb/story/9520017Basically he called Jay Mariotti gay then apologized today and called him a piece of....fill in the blank. Today he was suspended one game for having his pitcher throw at a guy, after last week's debacle with Sean Tracey. This guy needs psychological help. How they won the World Series under this guy is beyond me.

Indeed he does need psychological help. He is an idiot.

To add to the list:He told his rookie pitcher to throw at a batter and he threw it high and inside but didn't hit him. The Pitcher threw a scoreless inning, and Guillen still sent him back to AAA

The saddest part about this is that neither the White Sox nor MLB have done any action concerning the Marrioti thing. It's not just Marrioti that he's offending, but also the gay community. MLB right now seems like a joke to me with the steroids, the way they have been blocking games from people that live in zip codes that are multi-market areas, and now this...
What does MLB do? They spend more time debating the importance of an All Star Game...

Actually....the MLB fined him and ordered him to attend Sensitivity Training (har) for the Mariotti thing My bad I didn't see any of that... but a fine? Fines have been possibly the worst form of punishment in sports, and he goes and verbally attacks someone so that he only has to pay what he gets a week for it... I would just love to have the same power that some of these guys have. It's just ridiculous now...

That's pretty stupid of you to call the whole organizaion classless, seeing how it's just one insanse person that's doing this... unless of course you were being sarcastic, although you've shown biased hatred towards the White Sox in the past

Didn't mean the whole organization, but instead of listing the people on the White Sox that are classless, I just said White Sox insted. In all honestly though I have no real problem with the South Siders, but their fans are the worst fan base I can think of.

They got nothing on Philadelphia Eagle fans. Yankee fans too, for that matter.

Piston fans maybe? I mean, the whole brawl thing, and then there was the bomb threat...
But I don't know how you can say White Sox fans are the worst, when there have been several incident with the Cub fans. I guess I can understand the hate Bartman got, but you've had retards run onto the field to attack your own players... and get beat up by them...

Once again people trashing the Piston fan base because one stupid person called in a bomb threat and maybe 50 stupid people were drunk and decided they could take Ron Artest. Poor assessment of our fan base, thank you very much.

Not to mention the Royals first base coach who was attacked on the field a couple years ago - that happened on the south side.

Not to mention the Royals first base coach who was attacked on the field a couple years ago - that happened on the south side. Lets remember though DB, two posts before that you claimed you don't understand why people are against the Piston's fan base because of 1 or 2 incidents.... My only take on the situation is the team wouldn't be the same w/o Ozzie therefore he is doing his job, that is all that is asked of him and thats why they let this stuff slide.
