I disagree...at least they were making improvements unlike the fine folks at EA who seem to put out the same product every year and rest on their laurels....would have loved to see what 2K could have done on next-gen.

2k5 had features Madden never put in until 07 and 08 (like gang tackling, which 2k5's engine is still superior to the one EA uses now in 08). If they had kept making their game, they'd be incredibly far ahead of EA. The only people that would still be buying Madden are EA fanboys...

NFL 2k5 had gang-tackling, dwarfs Madden in presentation, excellent gameplay, and the best graphics on any game on a last-gen system, IMO. Spartan, play All Pro Football 2k8 and you'll see how good 2k is at making football video games.

Uhhh... that's why I have NBA 2k8 and CH 2k8. I wasn't impressed with 2k5 in 2005. Maybe if they were still making a product it would be different.

But the last time I remember, I did not like 2k at all. Shoot me for my goddamn opinions around here.

Yeah, but I seem to remember that you thought they were garbage right away when you first played 2k games, because you thought EA's was so much better and jazz. Hell, I recall you and DB getting into numerous arguments over who made the better basketball games.

I did when I played 2k5. The first person thing was cool, but I didn't like the gameplay.

I like 2k hockey better.

I don't remember the arguments about the basketball games. You'd have to show me because I have played 2k's the last two years.
