The minimum required specifications for NHL 2005 are as follows:
Windows XP, ME, 98 and 2000 (Windows 95, 2000 Server and NT are not supported)
800 MHz processor
128 MB RAM
256 MB for Windows XP and Windows 2000
CD/DVD-Rom Speed: 8x
At least 1.5 GB of hard drive space
Sound: DirectX 9.0b compatible sound card
Keyboard
MS compatible Mouse
A video card with at least 32 MB of video RAM with DirectX 9.0b compatible driver and one of the supported chipsets.
Supported video cards:
Nvidia GeForce 2 GTS or Higher
Nvidia nForce1
ATI Radeon 7500 or Higher
Intel i865g
Additionally, the following specifications are required for Multiplayer:
One set of game discs per player.
Microsoft Windows service pack 1
Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher
Macromedia Flash 6.0.79.0
56Kbps or faster direct Internet connection is supported
DSL or Broadband connection is recommended
