The NHL will be meeting with some Wallstreet hotshots later this week to discuss share revenues and stuff of that nature. Unfortunately, raises in ticket prices are likely on the way, which is kind of unfortunate. All the same, I can't wait to see how free agency goes!

That is what is going to hurt some teams. If ticket prices go up, the casual fans won't come. Those casual fans are crucial to the teams in areas where hockey is not that big. In other cities where hockey is important, fans will pay no matter what.
