So I just discovered Girl Talk. It's so crazy...which I dig. Thoughts? Whenever there's going to be dancing at a party, I make sure Girl Talk is what's playing. |

A friend of mine told me they're coming to the Lyric in Oxford in Feb., which besides Colour Revolt in April is the one show I'm looking forward to the most. Not a ton of big names come to Oxford you know... |

Not a ton of big names come to Oxford you know... I hear you, not a lot of big names come to Burlington. I saw him when he toured at UVM last year, biggest party ever, a ton of fun. A ton of people, not a lot of clothes, hell of a time. |

Listened to some Elliott Smith and liked what I heard. Any recommendations for an album to buy? My first Elliott Smith was XO, but I would also recommend Either/Or to start with. I really enjoy him as well and have all but two of his albums, New Moon and Roman Candle. For me it really just depends what mood I am in. Off of Either/Or I love Angeles, Speed Trials, Alameda, and Rose Parade. When it comes to XO, I love Baby Britain (you may know the Bayside cover), Waltz #2, and Pitseleh. Both great albums and you are not going wrong starting with either one. |

I get to see Ra Ra Riot tomorrow night and then Big Bad Voodoo Daddy (ole swing revival) on friday, then Monday The Pink Spiders.. too week for shows to see.
