Goddamn Clinton.
She cannot win. Her gun control policy sucks. Although I doubt the NRA would ever let that happen, but better safe than sorry.

AP and NBC news reporting Clinton wins New Hampshire....CNN and Fox News refraining from calling the race. How this happened after Obama's massive leads in polls is unknown to me. If she was going to pull any magic out, it would be in NH. Looks like she might have. I'm betting because McCain pulled enough Indies over to take votes from Obama.

CNN and Fox News have called the race for Clinton. This is stunning. I'm a bit surprised, but not shocked at all. Maybe I rely too much on polls, but I had not seen a single poll leading up to this that had Clinton winning, and maybe one or two even had her in the margin of error.

Polls aren't ever that great. I mean, who remembers "We're calling Florida for Gore?" I thought the polls we're wrong, that it was going to be very close. I did think Obama was going to win going into tonight, but eh, Clinton pulled it out.
Nevada and South Carolina are going to be very interesting. I think if Clinton wins Nevada, she'll probably carry California which would be a shot to the gut to the Obama campaign. This Democratic Primary is shaping up to be a lot more interesting than I expected a couple of week ago.

A picture says a thousand words... Can you please post those words? I am quite picture illiterate. (I know, sad).

Just asking, why is it there is so much hate towards Hillary? I don't like her, and for the life of me I cannot pinpoint it. I just don't like her as a person. I don't know... It's stupid, and against the reason I try to base my politics on, but sometimes you just gotta let yourself be human.

I was just wondering. I hear so many people who are just against her and I've never heard a solid reasoning behind it. Personally, I don't want her to win, but I would take her over John Edwards. Something about that guy just doesn't sit right with me. I guess John Edwards is my Hillary.

I was shocked by what happened last night. Bt at about 10, I saw the writing on the wall. She pulled in a strong support from female voters, and people over 45. Which was the largest voter base that came out in New Hampshire. The record turnout was from independents, which were predicted to go big for Obama - and were closer to split. She won high population areas, and Obama fell short.
It was still close, and if you just listened to Obama's speech, you would have thought he won. Nevada s very important, and I see Obama having no issue in South Carolina. Which puts pressure on highly diverse Florida, before Super Tuesday. Should get interesting now, starting with Nevada.....

I will weigh in when I've had more sleep, it has been a busy past 5 days.
We weren't deceived by the polls, we all knew it was going to come down to whether our Upper Valley strength would surpass the margin that was going to come from Manchester and Nashua. Unfortunately, down south, the job didn't get done. It's unfortunate, a win here could've really let us run away with this, but now we've got tough work ahead.
I would not vote for Hillary Clinton. I would not vote for John Edwards. I'll give my list of reasons some other times, but it's basically the fact that Hillary's entire political existence is primarily a joke, and then Edwards' is just a shitty guy, to be honest, nevermind the fact that he is a single-issue candidate. I would vote for Bill Richardson or Dennis Kucinich, and would've voted for Chris Dodd or Joe Biden.
Get involved in a campaign if you have the opportunity, it was the best experience of my life.
