What made you think Germany can hang with Portugal? Klose has been terrible. Ballack has looked out of it. Lahm is getting exposed on the right. They looked awful today. As of now, Portugal would run over them. Uh oh... 2-0 |

i wonder what and how much van basten smoked to make him decide against playing robben. The midfield was nonexistent tonight which caused the defense (which was the biggest liability already) to be under pressure the entire game. There was no way they could have kept russia out of the net in extra time after lucking out so much in regulation.
