It'd be cool to see BC in a BCS game, but they'll blow it in the ACC Championship.

they are around the fifth best team in the country, polls dont tell you shit. Too many voters ask themself "whos had the best season" instead of "whos better". Would anyone here put money on bama against florida, texas, oklahoma, or usc on a neutral field? *Cough* 2002 Ohio State *Cough* dont think anyone here but you knows the significance of that or remembers what happened that season

kansas and nebraska fans can eat my stinking shit right now. They'll be sitting at home, while Missouri gets their ass kicked in the Big 12 title game AGAIN. F' em You're probably right, but to quote Jim Carrey... "So you're saying there's a chance?"

Would anyone here put money on bama against florida, texas, oklahoma, or usc on a neutral field? *Looks at screenname* I sure as hell wouldn't. The Florida/Bama game is winnable for Bama based on matchups. Florida isn't that physical in terms of their front seven. Bama has to establish the run and actually have JPW make some plays, but they should be able to milk the clock and score enough to keep it close. The question is can Bama slow down Florida's offense. Bama gets down 10+ in the 1st quarter and UF will roll. I expect the score to look like 30-20 UF but it could be a repeat of UGA for Florida if they get rolling early.

Right... seriously...i dont get your point Alabama hasn't looked like a top team this year ala 2002 Ohio State.. who won the national championship in the end. The point of that wasn't really that hard to understand...

I'm sick of this automatic bid shit. Cincinnati, Utah, and Boise St. would all get curbstomped by anyone in the Top 10. Well how can these teams gain respect and a chance to show they are a good team if people don't give them the chance? I mean no way in hell is a BCS team is gonna schedule boise state in the regular season, so why not give them a shot? Yeah it backfired last year with Hawai'i but atleast give them a chance to maybe show the world they are a good team and gain respect... give a shot before you just write them off no matter what.

except youre the only one here with any memory of ohio state games from six years ago Because no one here has ever referenced that team's style of winning games... I mean, for sure Bama hasn't. And others haven't as well.

Georgia scheduled Boise a few years ago... The BCS Bowls should be for the top 10 teams in the country (Convenient how it works out with the extra game)... no automatic tie-ins should be involved. Do you really believe Utah or Boise St. is one of the top 10 best teams in the country? Food for thought: Utah's SOS is 97th... Boise's is 108th.

It was Boise State who made probably one of the best BCS games ever against Oklahoma and ended up winning though wasn't it? I mean this kind of works both ways, it's hit or miss. I understand it probably is frustrating though, but who's to say if Ohio State played Utah or Boise State that they know 100% they would win? Just because they're schedule is soft doesn't make them a bad team, it just makes them more unpredictable.
At least they're not getting thrown into NC games, now that would be something worth throwing a fit about, but I don't see a problem with giving an undefeated school a shot at one of the big boys, especially with how common upsets are in college sports.

Uhh no...if you had any clue about how the bowl selection process works, you would know Iowa would jump NU in a heartbeat at any bowl...not to mention how we jumped you a few years ago for the outback...
Its all about the money, and Iowa fans are some of the best traveling fans in the country

It's nothing against Boise St..... hell if anything I think they should get the auto bid over Utah. I'm not worried at all... no bowl would choose Boise St. over tOSU.

NW beat you head to head, had more wins than you did, and is ranked in both polls while you are on the outside looking in. Seems like NW would be the better choice. Some of your idiot delusional Iowa fans also think Iowa should jump MSU to the Cap One.Yeah, that definitely should happen.

Iowa Iowa is the better team, but yes I agree, they should change it somewhat...But it does make sense, if you can make more money by having one team go, why wouldnt you have them go???
And yes, it is a possibility about the Cap one, but i think that is a bit rediculous as well....not all Iowa fans are delusional...
PS: How did you like Shonn Greene getting the Offensive POY award in the Big Ten???
