I wouldnt say he took them down, if your talking about Smardajdnvopsdv jump ball. I have already said, LSU players babys moma would have taken Notre Dame. They just played dirty alot. Dont try nd turn the table.
They tackled our Wide Receivers not once, but twice. That doesnt accidently happen. That's what happens when you are roughing somebody up and hold on to long haha.
Regardless... Jamarcus Russel proved he's the 2nd best QB in this class.

Three yards rushing in the second half for Walker... three...
This is the Brady Quinn that Bills fans were expecting to see when they seemed destined for a Top 3 pick? I'd take Russel over Quinn any day... maybe even Troy Smith as well.

Russell played really well and the "baby Daunte" references are probably true. I think Quinn has a better NFL shot, but I think Kevin Kolb will be the surprise QB of this year's draft class.

Actually, Russel proved he is the best quarterback in this class, not the second.

It's easy to say Jamarcus Russel is a better QB after you watch him torch a horrible defense and it's easy to say Brady Quinns horrible when he's offensive line falls apart and his receivers are being tackled.
Most people realize this, watch several games, and make the better judgement. I guess we wont know for a few years. If we are going off of numbers than I want Colt Brennan. Actually, go sign Kliff Kingsbury or Sunny Cumbie haha.

Watch more games? Which ones? The ones where Quinn torches up the D1-AA schools or gets embarassed against actual good teams?

Notre Dame sucks. Overrated garbage as always taking up a BCS bowl spot.

Notre Dame sucks. Overrated garbage as always taking up a BCS bowl spot. Its not there fault tho. That everyyear the bowl committee gives them a bcs bowl. Should they just purposely lose every game, so that doesnt happen?

Nothing thee fault.... They are a mediocre team with an Amzing Quarterback who have the media on them every year about winning. With the nation hating them, the media calling for wins or some heads, and the history of ND in their rear view they still put out 9-10 win seasons.
They overacheive on a team talent aspect, but everyone hates them and calls them garbaje because of what people and media make them.
oh well.... Sooner or later they can slence those critics and media... hopefuly

Why did they get this bowl spot, WHY?
They lost to all the toughest teams on their roster. They only impressive win was against a dissapointing Penn State. Besides USC and Michigan, the rest of the schedule was pathetic.

Russell is a better pure passer and runner than Quinn.

Russell is a better pure passer and runner than Quinn. Yeah....better runner, sure...but I don't know if I'd say he's a better PURE passer.

David, I would marry you if you were a hot woman.
*DB- JR has an amazing arm. His accuracy is a bit less than Quinn's I think, but there is no doubt in my mind that JR has a stronger arm and it's a very noticeable difference. The boy has thrown 50 yards from his knees for crying out loud!

I know he has a cannon. I can't argue that. But if you're just looking at him for just that single bowl game, you have to remember how porous ND's pass defense is...
I like Russell, but I still like Brady Quinn more. Could change though.
