Hawaii would not be undefeated in the Big East. Maybe Hawaii would be a more respected program and people may want to travel there more if they clean up their act. People do not back out because they are scared. People back out because it's not just a football game out there. Oh, and I like how June Jones said some of his best recruits were recruited out of jail.

They are in the WAC, where they have gone undefeated, and currently the BCS system believes that this warrants their entry into a BCS bowl. Show me a school with a really respectable program. Hell, my high school is far and away the best in the state, but we break our own training rules all the time so that our players can be in the games. Coaches are concerned with winning. Football is, by nature, a thug sport anyway.

Oh, and I like how June Jones said some of his best recruits were recruited out of jail. It's worked for them, hasn't it? A good team in an awful conference. I think you're becoming incredibly overzealous about this.

I think you're becoming incredibly overzealous about this. I am because people keep fighting me about it. Seriously Keeper, what the hell have I done to you, EVER, that makes you want to insult everything I say and even my smilies now? I am really interested to hear that. Back on topic... No shit they aren't in the Big East, I never f***** said they were. I'm making a damn comparison. They are in the WAC. The WAC sucks. Don't you think it's a little easier to go undefeated in the WAC than say the Big Ten, Big 12, ACC, and SEC? Hawaii plays the weakest schedule in the country. Duke could probably manage a few wins on that schedule don't ya think? And don't ya think maybe they could travel for the games that people aren't willing to travel there for? That would make for a better schedule and maybe more respect. But no, they aren't willing to work on getting good opponents and complain that teams were scared. I would give them their props if they played in a better conference. Hell, play in the Pac 10. They are right there near USC and everyone. I'm also not saying they wouldn't beat my team. But they are overrated. Simple as that. If they go to a BCS bowl, and win against a respectable opponent, I will be the first to come and eat my crow.
