Nah, I'll do it. Power makes me happy, even though being administrator of a bowl pick-em doesn't entail much. Edit: Are any bowl pick-ems even up yet? I checked ESPN and Yahoo and couldn't find anything on either. ESPN has College Bowl Mania which is their pick em game this year |

After looking at the BCS bowls this morning, I was surprised to see Mizzou left out in favor of Kansas. But i think the Jayhawks can beat Tech so I wouldnt count them out.
And I just dont see OSU winning. They're basically going to be playing an away game in a hostile territory and they havent faced a team like the Tigers all year. I'm sure Les Miles will throw his whole playbook at the Buckeyes but im just hoping the game wont be a blowout.

I see the Hokies winning by 14+. Kansas has played one good team this year and didn't even have a chance.

Words cannot begin to express how utterly wrong this is. Not to sound like a homer, but Mizzou got absolutely bent over. Complete bullshit. I agree, how can a team who lost to you guys get the BCS bid over you, when you were the ones who made the conference championship game in the first place. Not to mention both they're losses came against a team who you could call a championship contender. Very bad decision by the BCS IMO, and Virginia Tech-Missouri would have been a much better game. |

It wasn't the BCS's decision, the Orange Bowl committee got to choose who they wanted to have play VT from Hawaii or any qualifying at-large team. They picked Kansas, I'm guessing for ticket sale and TV exposure reasons. This will most likely be Kansas's only BCS game in a long time, so they thought Kansas fans would travel better.
