Fine then you win. Just don't ever remind me of that bust again. Anyway it can go either way so when I am predicting the Ravens to make the Superbowl, I was counting anything Mark Clayton done as a bonus.

Left him off because he hasn't really had a chance to play. i guess so... but I am still unconvinced based on what I have seen of his college days to actually call him a good receiver.

i think Charles Rogers days might be numbered. I think they took Mike Williams because either they're scared about Rogers comeback or they know that he's going to be forever changed by two injuries of that caliber

After watching Kyle Boller throughout the season, he improved drastically. He also did that improving without Todd Heap for most of the season and Jamal Lewis during four games. Jim Fassel did a nice job as senior consultant in teaching him, now as offensive coordinator and Fassel unexpectedly returning Boller can learn more off of him.
If you look at Boller's numbers, as a rookie he started nine games, played 11 had a 62.4 passer rating, 51.8 comp %, and 7 TDs 9 INTs. Last season he started all 16 games with a 70.9 passer rating, 55.6 comp %, and 13 TDs 11 INTs. I have to say that if you consider him starting more games, doing that with Heap injured most of the year and Jamal Lewis some of it. Along with offensive lineman injuries we faced as well with Ogden, Mike Flynn, and Orlando Brown I see that as an improvement.
This year, he has more targets with Derrick Mason, Mark Clayton, and a healthy Todd Heap. Although nobody knows him I also think our WR Clarence Moore could become a talent, he's almost 6'6" and has soft hands. Remember Boller has an incredible arm, and finally he now has the ability to throw the deep ball, catching the defense off guard. The defense stays healthy and works in the 4-3 scheme, I see this as a Superbowl team.
Now, to Da Rafeter saying our offensive line wasnt that good, I totally disagree. Now if you were to say they werent that good in protecting the pass, I would agree. Being the heaviest offensive line in the league, they are built to run block. With speedy defensive lineman such as Simeon Rice, Dwight Freeney, Julius Peppers and others in the league, they just dont stand a chance sometimes when it comes to stopping those type of threats for a long period of time. The thing we need to do to prevent that is mixing it up, which we will now be able to do more effectively with the added talent and we got rid off the terrible play calling of Matt Cavanaugh. We also have better route running receivers, which cut off time Boller will have to sit in the pocket or scramble outside of it.
Overall if things pan out correctly which I think/hope they will, we could be Superbowl Champs. I know this may sound byast, but its just my opinions and me supporting them with facts.

I'm not saying the Ravens can't/won't win/go (too many slashes I know) to the Superbowl, but Kyle Boller is simply not and NFL quarterback in my humble opinion.
The Ravens have a very very talented team, and I think they need a better quarterback.
They are not going to get a stud like a Leinart, etc. so they either need to get a steal in the draft or bring in a veteran a la Trent Dilfer. Jeff Garcia?
Not really thinking of all the other possibilities, but I think he would have been a good fit. His scrambling ability could make up for a shaking line (if there is one).

Well actually the steal part of the draft we just did, drafting Derek Anderson out of Oregon State. Now, im not saying he is gonna be better or the same as Boller, but we drafted him to fill up our third string in the position as well as to give Kyle some competition if he does not improve over the years.
I hate Jeff Garcia, and well Trent Dilfer was here and put up almost the same exact numbers our SB year that Boller put up last year. I get your argument believe me, my dad says that same thing about Kyle, but by watching every game he's played, I have seen drastic improvement. Dont get me wrong he's not my favorite players haha, but I see hope in him for the future.
As for the line, should be pretty strong. My main thing im worried about is Jamal Lewis. He hasnt really been able to condition like normal and I am hoping that doesnt affect his performance this season.

Jeff Garcia is just the first decent quarterback who came to mind.
As for Boller, a team like the Ravens doesn't have the time to wait for a quarterback to improve. They need someone that can win.
As for Dilfer's numbers, I'm not going to look them up, but he was a much better game-manager. He was also experienced enough that he didn't get as flustered as Boller.
Now, you clearly watch more Ravens' games than I, so you're the expert.
BTW, Clarence Moore is going to be a lethal red zone weapon.

Something that could hurt the defense is that they have now released All-Pro Linebacker Peter Boulware, the franchises leading sack record holder (of like 8 years), expect them to release maybe somebody else to clear up some CAP, they've now lost Peter Boulware and Edgerton Hartwell at LB, are they really trying to go 4-3? Who's gonna play beside Kelly Gregg, They used to Boulware, Lewis, Hartwell and Suggs, Now they have Thomas, Lewis and Suggs at LB, this is hurting the Ravens, they might cut some more people

And at least the Ravens didn't let Payton Mannign get 457 passing yard on them last year. Now if they done that they would have problems, like your Broncos

Thats like me saying if we (broncos) signed an absolute 'bust' of a line, then why did they kill the Ravens in Week 1 last season when they Ravens are so good, and I would rather draft someone who you think is a 'quitter', the Ravens drafted someguy who took Depression therapy because he was so depressed, and you're saying Frank Gore will be the steal of the draft when he's on a crap running team and is Injury-Prone and is the Back-Up. ;D

Bears Vrs San Diego Of course there is ways that the Bears can get screwed. 1.Grossmen get's injured (AGAIN) 2.The WR curse of Chicago 3.Defense Fails to stay healthy 4.O-Line gets injured, I mean we had 1 or none starters at the O-Line at the final game. 5.Thomas Jones gets injured 6.Cedric is a bust 7.Kyle is a bust 8.Farve's wife or mom die's so he plays with that same talent that he did when his father died. 9.Minnisota's defense wakes up 10.Detroit's WR core stays healthy and Joey Harrington preforms well. (Screwed my fantasy team >.< )

THE BEARS? Vikings, Packers, hell maybe even Detroit are better than the BEARS.
San Diego also isn't that good yet, they can't hang with the big guns like Indy and New England.
My picks? Ravens over Iggles.

The Bears had a good off-season acquiring not only the league leader in recieving yards but also Touchdown catches. But of course it could easily be screwed.
