Wow, I didn't know Mahelona would fall all the way to the 5th round. Also, anybody know about Rodrique Wright, and why he hasn't been picked yet. I saw him at Senior Bowl, and he performed very well...
Also, don't know if yall saw the edit, but I was wandering what the compensentory draft picks are all about and how a team gets them?

YES!!!
Saints grab Mike Hass. He will be a great addition to our team in a couple of years when Joe Horn is gone. Now, im just hoping we can snag a corner, or linebacker with our next pick, and then we will be set...

Bears got a steal in Mark Anderson. He beat Brick quite a few times in the Senior Bowl.
Now if only Freddie Roach gets drafted, than I got four NFL draftees to sign a football. That may be worth a little cash in a few years.

Im hoping the Saints get Roach when their 7th round picks comes around to address our linebacker situation. We got a cornerback, now all we need is Freddie...

Good job Regige McNeal. Fastest QB at the combine goes to the Bengals.
Now, all we need is to know if Marcus Vick is going to get drafted or not.

I saw they listed Reggie as a wide reciever when the Bengals drafted him, will he even get a chance at QB?

Well, they have him down as a QB. And D.J. Shockley just has to move up the road to Atlanta now (sigh of relief for no Marcus Vick)

Mr. Irrelevant 2006 to Oakland:
Kevin McMahon, receiver from Maine. Fans wanted Vick.
LMNFAO, a bunch of guys in the audience started chanting "Suzy! Suzy!" at Suzy Kolber.

DE Dave Tollefson of Northwest Missouri State (the school I attend) goes to the Pack.
Jami, you're getting a pretty good player there.

It is obvious he would. He is a great athlete. I am happy because he will be the Eagles punt returner.

Same... if this kid can return some for big #'s, I'll be very happy.

I am also happy Jason Avant. I heard he is one of the smartest receivers in the draft. Not to mention getting the NCAA All Time sack leader. One more thing, Winston Justice has a stutter. Just thought you should know.

I'm good friends with Bloom's cousin. They have very very strong ties to the NY Giants ownership which is a little ironic. I've always rooted for him, and while I hate the Iggles, hope he does well.

I am extremely disappointed with the Chicago Bears draft this year. I just find it strange that we would waste our first three picks on defensive players when all of our starters are returning and we were ranked second in the league last season.
I know we have some promising receiving, but we had a chance to grab Santonio Holmes, who can also return kicks, and Chad Jackson. We could have also grabbed a quality tight end in Lenoard Pope or Lewis.
Devin Hester was the only good pick I think the Bears made this year. He has great speed and will be a great cover corner for us to play along side Vasher and Tillman.
With all of that said, we do have all of our starters returning, so I hope that we can put up the same or better numbers as last year.

Yeah, but we ranked like 27th in offense and we can't rely on our defense for a second season, it won't be the same.

If you need a receiver that badly, move Hester to the offensive side of the ball full-time. He played some receiver in college, and actually was serviceable.

How are you crying when you got Dusty? He is one of the best DT's available in the draft First, I'm not crying. Second, we have Tommie Harris, Alfanso Boone, and Ian Scott. All of those guys are very talented at their posistion. I'm not saying we needed a reciever either. I just think that we should of gotten a quality tight end or receiver who could return punts.

Maybe if someone on your team could cover Steve Smith you wouldn't have drafted two cornerbacks. Them not taking any receivers tells you that the Bears must think that having Rex Grossman healthy for an entire year will make a difference, and they have a lot of faith that Bradley will turn out to be a good WR. It's not like the Bears had the worst draft...there were definitely worse drafts out there.

Yeah...
Lions had a decent second day, I suppose. Scott and Matua were good picks.
