I am hoping the Eagles move Ryan Moats as planned and try and get Tanard Jackson out of Syracuse. They need some help at safety in their nickel and dime packages. Brian Dawkins usually slides up to a linebacker spot in those packages but I am not comfortable with what is left back there if Dawkins were to do that this year.

Antonio Pittman has the ability to be a stud. Why was he still there in round 4?
And why the hell did the Saints take him? They already have Duece McCallister and Reggie Bush.

Remember prior to last season, Duece was injury-prone.

Then you reduce his workload and he's not anymore.

Hey DB, where did you find that pic of Calvin? I looked on the EA site for the 1st round pick thing they normally do and cannot find it.

Well Dallas didnt have a fancy draft but I sure am impressed with Oakland. I think Mike Williams will revive his career with a former coach of his at the helm. I am looking forward to see how well he does in the silver and black becasue I know he still has the skillset to be awesome.

So far the Saints have drafted one defensive guy and four offensive players including a running back? Yeah I know that Deuce is probably not going to be back after this season, but hit the fifth round up and get a guy like Wynn or trade up with Oakland and grab Bush. I mean, the press writes its self with Bush and Bush in the backfield. I guess since we got Pittman, I want to at least see what he's made of before I down the guy though.
Grrr.............why take tackle with Brandon Siler still on the board?

Worthless POS, that Mike Williams.

Antonio Pittman has the ability to be a stud. Why was he still there in round 4? And why the hell did the Saints take him? They already have Duece McCallister and Reggie Bush. Seeing how every NFL scout didn't think he's starting-worthy in his career (or else he would have been drafted in the first 2 rounds) the Saints picked up a servicable 3rd stringer who can fill in for injuries. Good college players don't always become good NFL players...

Way to point out the obvious with your last statement there, king of name changes.

I don't think he will do much in the NFL. He could, but I just don't think it will happen. That is why the Saints picking him has me wondering. I don't know if Pittman can deliver the ball like Duece and if anything that is what Reggie Bush needs. Reggie cannot put the ball through the tackles.

Exactly why I wondered why the Saints took him. I mean, they have no need for him. The Colts could've used him as a replacement for Dominic Rhodes.

SB, I was only saying it because you made it seem like Pittman would actually be worth a crap in the NFL...

Glad Doug Free is off the board, highly underrated just because he is from NIU, he will make a great pro.

Oh yeah! This is flat-out awesome.
The only thing that disturbs me is the fact that one bad game caused him to slip from 1st round to 5th round, yet Brady Quinn had many bad games.

One game did NOT cause Troy Smith to slip from 1st to 5th.
