If Phillips is gone and a lack of a top 10 worthy LB in the draft (well that won't be taken) this year, I wouldn't be shocked to see the Saints trade down. The Aints don't really need a top 10 guy. One thought though, if Dorsey somehow slips by the first three teams or so, I think the Saints will trade up and get him. Can't pass on an LSU player born and bred in South Louisiana. A better pass rush will also help mask the problems in the secondary. Yeah, I'm dreaming I know, but a guy can hope right? Hoping is one thing, but you'd probably have a better chance of making it with Briana Banks and Jenna Jameson. honestly I would rather take my chances with Dorsey and save my penis from chlamydia

Miami Herald is thinking the Dolphins are drafting another QB with that #1 pick. I don't think they should pass on Glenn.

IIRC, the Dolphins are running a 3-4 next year.. and I don't think Dorsey would fit a 3-4 DT profile.

As much as I would love to see it, there is no way that Matt Ryan will ever be selected first.

Maybe for a Quarterback or just to stock pile picks. Its really the Dallas way. He will be looking for a lot of new ingredients on this shopping trip.....

As much as I would love to see Dan Connor, the Eagles won't take him.

Matt Ryan would be one of the worst top overall picks in the history of the draft if that happened.

Why would they draft Ryan anyway if they have Beck?

Why would they draft Ryan anyway if they have Beck? Because Beck sucks more at life than you.

Okay, thanks for the cool response and I don't know why I expected more from you. I asked because I'm not a Dolphins fan or follow them closely since they are 1-15.

I love how like 3 people call Jay out on the very poor projection of the #1 pick, while Spartan comes in and makes a valid point and gets insulted. This place is something else.

I guess I'll play devil's advocate here and say maybe Beck isn't a Parcells-type of player, or the QB of the future in his eyes.
That would be the only reason why he'd go with a quarterback, but I don't think it would be Ryan anyways. I'd rather have Brohm or Woodson, but that's just me.

Sparty is just a marked man for some reason. People do need to lay off of him. That was a good point, and he caught heat for no reason.

Spartan does make a good point. Beck saw little playing time and in a new system wouldn't be a viable back-up or starter over a rookie. I see Parcells bringing in a seasoned vet, trading down, drafting defense, and then after Beck folds like a house of cards, they draft a QB to take over.

Well i heard that Parcells and Jeff Ireland are reaching out to old man Trent green and are asking him to return but Parcells wants to completly rebuild this team and I'd think he want to handpick his QB of the future. hell, he can just trade Beck and get a draft pick if anything.
