Big mistake bringing Green back.
I love the guy, but if he was smart, he'd retire. He's had not one, but two major head injuries in two seasons now.

yeah I doubt the Browns would give him up regardless of whether Brady Queer is there or not. Didn't they just sign an extension with him?

I think the Dolphins want Derek Anderson If the Browns are smart, they'll trade his ass while he has max value. Take it from a guy who's seen him play up close, he SUCKS. But whatever, I honestly hope the Browns keep him and he shows his true colors while Brady rots on the bench.

I completley agree JTR. There is a need out there, and they could get what they want for him. Plus, if they don't think he is the franchise guy, why wait any longer?

As much as I would love to see Dan Connor, the Eagles won't take him. Amen... and like everyone else is saying. Matt Ryan at number one will never happen.

Do you guys know how little Dan Connor is? I know you do Silver. I'm not sure how good he played during his seasons at Penn State, but the guy just got plowed over every play by Matt Forte. I know he is good because of he name recognition. Alll I am saying is he couldn't tackle Forte...

Yeah, Connor is a pretty small guy. But does a great job of getting to the football. He has been abused by some players in the past, but I think he could have a good career if he hit the weight room....

Yea, he is smart and aggresive no doubt. He was always around the ball but just never seemed to make the stop.

Yes, though I don't think he's retiring just yet anyway but, the Giants have Osi, Tuck, and Kiwanuka already for the future. All three of them are young and will be able to work this interchangeable DE thing we got going on defense. Kiwanuka makes a terrible OLB anyway, it was a nice idea to get the kid PT but it's just not good. .

Yeah, I agree with Loki here. At linebacker, Kiwanuka is basically a poor mans Demarcus Ware. It was a good idea, but the guy will be much better at defensive end when Strahan decides to retire. I think he comes back though, just because he had so much fun this year. But then you also have the gut feeling he wants to go out as a superbowl champion, so who knows.
I have to say as far as Baltimore I really wish this year we could have gotten this pick with atleast one huge quarterback prospect, but thats not the case. I know quarterback is almost always a gamble, but Matt Ryan/Brian Brohm in my opinion are two of the biggest top ten pick gambles in awhile. If the Ravens do go quarterback, I rather have Brohm.

My feelings about the whole retirement thing are, if you can still play why leave? Then you wind up looking back and thinking what could have been at times or if you know you're Tiki Barber what you could have ruined, ha! Strahan hasn't had concussion problems so I think he's good to go. And yea, the QB draft class and kinda the whole draft class as a whole sucks this year. Either way, Ryan and Brohm both suck.

Agreed about the entire draft class. No one outside of maybe one or two players stick out to me. However, that's what will make this year's draft one of the more interesting ones in recent memory because there hasn't been this much uncertainty about the first pick since the year Eli was drafted, forgot what year that was. 2003?
Miami could seriously go in four or five different directions with the first pick. 2006 was pretty interesting, but for Houston, it was just Bush or Williams. I don't think there was even a threat of the Texans trading the pick.
Also the fact that Oakland, Atlanta, and KC all flip for the 3-5 spots is interesting. Depending on where those teams land, could change the entire face of the first round as is.

Very true BC. The way 3-5 go really says who is taken when, and means the most to probably the Jets at six. I see some serious moving in this year's draft. We are looking at a pretty defensive-heavy first round, and most of the "talent" is on that side of the ball....

We are looking at a pretty defensive-heavy first round, and most of the "talent" is on that side of the ball.... However, the needs of those #3 to #5 teams are pretty set in stone. I think KC goes after Jake Long no matter where they land, unless Dorsey is available there (which he won't). Atlanta will go after a QB, Brohm or Ryan. I think Dorsey and Chris Long are set in stone as the 1 and 2 picks respectively, but I could be wrong. Either way, whomever the Dolphins pick or whatever they do with it, the Rams will have a solid DL for the future with Adam Carriker and Dorsey/C. Long. Additionally, I could see the Jets trading up with Oakland to get McFadden, depending on where they fall after the coin flip. And, don't count out Jerry Jones. He absolutely raves about McFadden. Doesn't hurt that he's a Razorback, just like Jerry was.

Devin Thomas will be the first WR off the board.
Manningham really lost his stock.
