I don't either. Hell, he's right. It's kinda disgusting what's going on. If we don't make the NBA Finals, I consider the season a failure.
But hey, 5's in Detroit. If we can win that and somehow pull 6 in Miami out of our asses...
Who knows. But the way we've played, the chances of that are slim.

Well I'll be there tomorrow to see Game 4. Hopefully it will be a happy flight home. I didn't talk the entire plane trip home after the game.

I admit, I've never actually stared at a television speechless before. At least, not until Dwyane Wade was making those shots.
I hate it when a guy you like (Wade is among my favorite players) just kills you.

That block won the game for the Pistons. I dont think there is a bigger momentum shifter in all of sports then blocking Shaq.

Tayshaun Pricne's 3 won the game. After Shaq blocked that shot, I thought the Heat were ready to go on a tear, but Prince just picked it up and it went in, and the PIstons never looked back. Although that block was sick...

I'll likely be prone to frequent mood swings, overreactions, and possible depression during and after game six. Just warning everyone.
This game could dictate the fate of the Pistons for aeveral years to come.
See, I'm overreacting already.

Mavs run away with Game 5 after Phoenix fought hard in the 3rd to take a little lead...
After watching Dirk play, I am a Nowitzness..

Yeah Dirk played amazing last night, the suns had no answer for him. He took the right shots, not firing up everything (Like a player that doesnt that to get 50 plus, *cough*Kobe*cough*). If the Mavs are going to win the game 6 then Josh Howard is going to have to keep up the style of play, he played with game 3, and 5.
Everyone is Nowitzness after last night.

First off, I don't want to be consoled, I don't want people sympathizing. It just makes me feel worse.
Secondly, congratulations to the Miami Heat, specifically Dwyane Wade, still one of my favorite players in the NBA. That said, I hope the Mavericks beat their asses down in the Finals.
Thirdly....we absolutely sucked. We couldn't make a jump shot to save our lives. Chauncey Billups was missing layups. Yes, layups. There's a reason we lost this series - Wade and the fatass Shaq killed us and we couldn't shoot. We need to retool, and we need to find someone other than Flip Saunders to lead this team. I hate to say it, but this implosion never would have happened on Larry Brown's watch.
That's all I have to say on the matter.
Well, no it isn't. I'm ashamed that sep has jumped onto my team's bandwagon. Only makes me feel worse.
THAT is all.
