I'm assuming this is glove side? Because it seems kinda weird they can't just wrap that thing up enough for his blocker...

Hey Freak what positions you play? I play Goalie and if not I'm not in the net I am a Defenseman.
Vokoun couldn't grip his stick, so Trotz pulled him out. That crap hurts trying to grip a stick with a bruised hand hurts.

I was usually a forward, mostly a winger, but I have a weekly game where I play goal. I really enjoy being in goal. So, most likely on my roller hockey team this summer I will play wing but be the back-up goalie. So being the back up goalie will get me about 4-5 games unless the starter gets injured.

I get 9 games at least between the pipes this summer (Happy because I will play on the Predators Practice Rink) We play 27 games in two months and a week long playoff.

Yeah we are on something similar but our playoffs go longer. This is roller hockey of course because it is quite a ride to an ice hockey rink here.

Bah I wasn't thinking... no duh it would be kind of hard to grip a stick with your thumb... for some reason I guess I was just thinking of a random phalange, seeing how if it was your pinky or something it wouldn't be too bad.
But damn, if that lasted six weeks...

We are similiar, except with 5 teams. It really depends on how many teams sign up. Some years there is only 4, like my first year. And there were only 4 of us on the team, and we lost in the first round in 4 games.

That is crazy. It sucked so bad, 4 guys on our team. We never had a solid goalie until the end of the season. It was my first year in roller hockey so I was able to learn a lot playing every minute of every game, but it just sucked. We played 3 games a week and I was drained all week. I could not sit out because my guys needed me. But, last season we had a lot of really good players and made a little run. We will win it next year.

I'm going to BU or BC, whatever one takes me first.
I'm keeping my options open though, I might just go straight to the pros!!!

No, really, I'm good but not that good
Right now, at 5'3" and 14 years old, it doesn't look like I'll be big enough to play big time hockey. But hey, Martin St. Louis went to UVM and won MVP, so you never know.
Right now, i've got 50 points in 31 games which is good enough for the point leader spot of my team. We're 20-9-2 on the year and sitting in 4th place in our 10 team league. The top 4 make the playoffs, so we got to keep up the good play.
I'm a playmaker, not a real goal scorer. Out of my 50 points, 35 have been assists. I have a sniper on my line and we work the cycle well. Pretty good to be the point leader while playing on the second line, PP2, and pretty much PK3.

I used to be a smaller player. My first year in roller hockey I got muscled around a lot. I just worked to put on some wait and bam, I have it. Not only that but you are still young. I put weight on between 17 and 18, you should be able to pull it off.

I'm more the play-making type as well. A few years back, when Columbus and Minnesota first started in the NHL, me and midgetsniper were apart of a team at NHL breakout. We crushed our age group and I was the top scoring defensemen with an assload of assists because i kept feeding him and our buddy Evan who combined for 56 points in 4 games.
