This will be an Oklahoma State dynasty here on the forums and on MaddenMania as well. Currently, I am downloading Macromedia Fireworks to do some small graphics to get this going and imaging a little setup although its not too easy to be "creative" on a forum dynasty. I just want to make this as fun and realistic as possible. Hope you guys enjoy and this is set to get underway very soon!
Here is the list of dynasty criteria:
System : PS3
Level : All-American (Subject to Change)
Quarter Length : 6 Minutes
As far as gameplay I'm going to figure it out as I go, but I am planning on slimming the amount of recruits on 5-stars and as well as recruting out-of-state/pipeline.

at Georgia - September 1st - L 14-18While most teams in the nation will be taking the easy route for their season opener, Oklahoma State instead chose to travel between the hedges to take on the Georgia Bulldogs. Georgia finished third in the SEC East last season with a 9-4 record, and capped it off with a huge win against Virginia Tech. Who to Watch: Georgia Runningbacks Thomas Brown and Kregg Lumpkin Florida Atlantic - September 8th The Owls of the Sun Belt are the first of two teams the Cowboys will face from the conference. Florida Atlantic doesnt appear to have much of a chance, but they may surprise like they did last year finishing with five wins. Who to Watch: Oklahoma State Wide Receiver Adarius Bowman at Troy - September 14th One week removed from their previous Sun Belt opponent, Troy was actually given the luxury to host this game. The Trojans are now push-over though, and have dominated their conference year-after-year. The Cowboys shouldn't feel too secure on the road. Who to Watch: Troy Quarterback Omar Haugabook Texas Tech - September 22nd The first of conference play, Oklahoma State hosts the pass happy offense of Texas Tech. In order to win, the Cowboys secondary will have to step up big. Either that, or a huge effort on the offensive side of the ball to outscore the Red Raiders. Who to Watch: Oklahoma State Secondary Utah State - September 29th Originally this game was supposed to be against Sam Houston State, but was changed after allegations involving the school. Instead, Utah State will travel to Stillwater, a team who won just one game last season. Who to Watch: Oklahoma State Quarterback Bobby Reid at Texas A&M - October 6th The 12th Man is no joke to visiting teams, and certainly wont be a joke to Oklahoma State. This game is the first of two tough back-to-back road contests against Big 12 competition. The Aggies seem to be a complete team, and will be one of the tops in the Big 12. Who to Watch: Texas A&M Runningbacks Jovorskie Lane and Mike Goodson at Nebraska - October 13th Just a week removed from the 12th Man, Oklahoma State travels to Nebraska and will play in another one of the nations toughest stadiums. Cornhusker fans are more excited than ever this season with quarterback Sam Keller, a transfer from Arizona State. Who to Watch: Nebraska Defense Kansas State - October 20th Finally, the Cowboys return home after two contests on the road against elite competition. Kansas State is not to be taken lightly though, especially after they upset Texas last season. Who to Watch: Kansas State Defensive Line Texas - November 3rd Speaking of Texas, mentioned above; they will also be making the trip to Stillwater this year. Thats unfortunate for the Cowboys though, because the Longhorns led by Colt McCoy are serious national championship contenders this season. Who to Watch: Texas Quarterback Colt McCoy Kansas - November 10th Kansas has been hoping to make a rise in the Big 12 in recent years, in a much weaker North division. Other than cornerback Agib Talib, the Jayhawks might want to stick to basketball this season. Who to Watch: Oklahoma State Defense at Baylor - November 17th Baylor has been the bottom feeder of the Big 12 for quite some time now, and nobody expects that to change anytime soon. The Cowboys cant think ahead to the Oklahoma game though, or the Bears just might shock them. Who to Watch: Oklahoma State Wide Receiver Adarius Bowman at Oklahoma - November 24th This is without a doubt a great rivalry, but its completely one-sided. By far the most one-sided in-state rivalry in college football, and its something Coach Gundy has demanded to change. Oklahoma State hasn't beat the Sooners since 2001, and I wouldn't expect that to change on the road. Who to Watch: Oklahoma Runningback Allen Patrick Coming at end of season...

Try 1-0. I played just one game on varsity and looked horrible. I figure im going to look 10X worse on All-American, and especially when starting off against the Dawgs. Glad you'll be reading!
EDIT: Thanks ASM, glad that your reading also. It took me awhile to figure out who I wanted, but I think I made the right choice. Im excited to use Reid.

Sam Houston State Removed From Schedule Utah State to Fill The Week Five SlotStillwater, OK -- As the Oklahoma State Cowboys prepare for their 2007 football season and near their first game of the year, Coach Gundy broke some news to his players regarding their schedule this season. Originally, the Cowboys were supposed to play Sam Houston State, a team who resides in division 1AA. Due to legal allegations regarding the Bearcats head coach and program the Cowboys football program instead chose to replace them just a month prior to the season. Their matchup in week five will instead be against Utah State, a member of the WAC conference who won just one game last season, and was victim of a shutout four times. Coach Gundy believes the new game on the schedule will benefit his players and replaced what he thought was a meaningless game in the first place. "We have the talent on this team to compete with any team in the nation, and although we have a tough conference I didn't think a game against Sam Houston State was enough of a challenge for non-conference competition." Oklahoma State should still enjoy an easy victory against Utah State, but at least now it will be against a division 1A opponent. The week five slot will also remain at home and that was news the pleased ticket holders for that game. As far as the Aggies view of things their program benefits from playing a football team apart of a conference as prestigious as the Big Twelve. Though investigation has just begun, Sam Houston State has already been banned from competing with any division 1A school for the 2007 season. For now, Oklahoma State will get back to focusing on their first opponent; the Georgia Bulldogs out of the SEC.

Hey just a couple of quick edits you need to make, Adrian Moore is #1 not number 30 which makes Josh Cooper #30 and he's white, I know on my game they made him black. (Cooper is a guy that went to high school with me. He's a really cool guy I hope he helps you out on your dynasty)

Thanks, EA really messed up on some of the numbers and on the freshman, so it was a little bit of work getting them right. I should be posting the result for week one very soon, it was a tough game. As for Cooper, I have him reshirted currently, but I could see him making some noise in the future.

Georgia 18-14 Oklahoma State Opener Slips Away Georgia Overcomes Sloppy Weather in 4th QuarterAthens, GA -- Oklahoma State could of taken the easy road to victory in their season opener like most teams usually do. This year though it wasn't about adding an easy victory to the win column, instead Coach Gundy was excited to get an early grade on his players and test them in the opener. Despite not coming out with a victory Oklahoma State did impress and warn their Big 12 foes with a quality performance against #18 ranked Georgia. Things got off to an incredibly boring start even amidst the excitement of a season opener in one of the nations loudest stadiums. Caught in between the hedges, the Cowboys defense showed no mercy to a talented Georgia offense. The "Dawgs" did the same though, and neither offense could muster any points in the first quarter. Oklahoma State was the first to get going and surprised a packed crowd with the games opening touchdown. Star quarterback Bobby Reid got off to a wonderful start, and showed that even the worst weather or toughest stadium couldn't faze the fifth year senior. Reid hit his first six passing attempts and completed the drive with a fifteen yard touchdown pass to receiver Adarius Bowman. A stalemate on offense continued for Georgia until an incredible kick by preseason all-american Brandon Coutu. The gusty winds seemed to help him though, and with the wind to his back helped push the fifty five yard field goal through the uprights. With little time left in the half the Cowboys decided to sit on it and ride their lead into halftime. Defense continued to be the name of the game during the second half, and especially in the third quarter when both teams put some points on the board on that side of the ball. A perfectly placed punt on the two yard line spoiled Oklahoma State's first drive of the second half, and their opening play resulted in Bobby Reid getting sacked in the endzone for a safety. As Georgia began to find a rhythm on offense with the passing game things took a turn for the worst. Inside the red zone for the first time in the game the Bulldogs finally put a touchdown on the scoreboard, except it wasn't for them. Matthew Stafford was trying to force one into the endzone on third down when the pass was intercepted by cornerback Martel Van Zant and returned ninety eight yards for a touchdown. Van Zant breathlessly fell into the endzone to give Oklahoma State a nine point lead at 14-5. An offensive struggled continued afterwards for the Bulldogs, who didn't get it together until finally in the fourth quarter. Despite their trouble on offense, runningback Thomas Brown was quietly putting together a solid game. With the word load on his back before they felt time was running short, Brown got in for a touchdown with three minutes remaining to cut the lead to two points. Bobby Reid, who had a great first half didn't turn in the same results at the end of this game. The Georgia touchdown was followed up by a minute and a half drive that was ended with an interception. The Cowboys turnover was exactly what the Bulldogs needed to continue their momentum. Another impressive drive for Georgia ensued although it appeared Oklahoma State might stop them short of a touchdown. Matthew Stafford has other plans in mind, and a play-action fake pass to the fullback tricked the Cowboys defense for a one yard touchdown. With only a minute left and all of the pressures of a comeback on the road in horrid weather were on the shoulders of Oklahoma State's star quarterback. Trailing for the first time all game, the Cowboys looked more shocked than determined to make a comeback. Instead of being the hero, Bobby Reid crumbled under the pressure and was picked off by Bulldogs safety Reshad Jones. That would be Reid's third interception and ended a game that Oklahoma State controlled for over three quarters. Georgia just barely gets past this one, while Oklahoma State still cant believe they blew it. A huge sigh of relief went through Sanford Stadium, and this was a huge season opening win for the Bulldogs. The Cowboys didn't come away with whats important, but instead proved to the rest of the nation, and their opponent next week Florida Atlantic that their a very talented football team. Check out this weeks video beloweasportsworld.com/#video-17161/LEAK2TROUPE03(PS3)/9900CB Martel Van Zant returns an interception 98 yards for the touchdown. Oklahoma State 21-9 Florida Atlantic Shouldn't It Have Been Easier? Cowboys Win Easy, But Make Silly Mistakes in VictoryStillwater, OK -- It's always hard to overcome a heartbreaking event, no matter what it is in life. This weekend though, the Cowboys had the perfect opponent to get past what many would call a heartbreaking loss last week in Athens, Georgia. Even with the teams first victory of the 2007 season, most of the fans and coaches were left wanting more. Florida Atlantic isn't exactly what you would call an elite football program, but do give them credit for earning five wins last season. Still, Oklahoma State was expecting to be subbing in backups by the fourth quarter; not sitting ahead by less than two touchdowns. It was the offense that put up the less than spectacular performance, a familiar tune to last week. The Cowboys got off to a great start early and immediately put points on the board. On their opening drive, runningback Dantrell Savage took a one yard carry into the endzone. Oklahoma State then continued its early success with another touchdown in the first quarter, this time a twenty-two yard pass from Bobby Reid into the hands of wideout Adarius Bowman. The Owls of Florida Atlantic were having a nightmare on offense, and couldn't seem to get off the field with a punt rather than a turnover. It wasn't until the final seconds ticked away that Florida Atlantic scored off of a forty-four yard field goal. Things were still very much in reach for the Owls, due to Oklahoma State going scoreless in the second quarter. Like last week, it appeared the Cowboys defense might score again in the third quarter. Florida Atlantic fumbled the ball on the three yard line, only for it to be picked up in the endzone by Cowboys linebacker Patrick Lavine. Unfortunately, the play was reversed and overturned, and Florida Atlantic punted the ball away. Oklahoma State still managed to score, but on offense instead. After Bobby Reid threw an interception to the Owls defense, Florida Atlantic threw one right back to strong safety Andre Sexton that was returned to the two yard line. They were almost stopped short of a touchdown until a third and goal scramble by Bobby Reid for the score. Not too much action followed, and both teams traded interceptions and punts for most of the fourth quarter. A meaningless touchdown was scored by Florida Atlantic with under thirty seconds remaining, more of a effort of pride than anything. Oklahoma State took what most would call an easy win, but an unsatisfied Coach Gundy stressed that his offense could have played much better. "We threw three interceptions and have turned the ball over seven times in two games. That's something no team should be proud of and it will be unacceptable at Oklahoma State. If we don't get things together by conference play, changes will be made." Bobby Reid better take those comments to heart, and control his recent outburst of interceptions thrown. He'll have the chance to do that next week against Troy, who has yet to force a turnover on defense. Check out this weeks video beloweasportsworld.com/#video-17954/HOME/10367SS Andre Sexton with an INT and long return Individual Stats QB Sean Clayton - 22/37 273 yds 0 TD 3 INT TE Jamari Grant - 4 Rec 65 yds CB Corey Small - 3 Tacks Sack INT QB Bobby Reid - 6/14 161 yds 1 TD 3 INT WR Adarius Bowman - 3 Rec 90 yds TD FS Donovan Woods - 7 Tacks 2 INT 'Cocks Come Away With A Big One This just might be the year for Steve Spurrier and the South Carolina Gamecocks to make alot of noise in the SEC. The #17 Georgia Bulldogs fell victim to the upset last week, something head coach Mark Richt did not have in mind when he thought about the start of conference play. What made matters worse was that the game was played in Sanford Stadium, home of the Bulldogs. The Gamecocks earned the victory with a 10-0 difference in the fourth quarter to give them the 37-27 victory. Quarterback Blake Mitchell showcased his skills with 382 yards passing and four touchdowns, one of them in the fourth quarter. Other NCAA News:- Texas runningback Jamaal Charles has a broken fibua. - Michigan destroys Cal in "The Big House". - Pat White leads West Virginia over rival Marshall. - Top ranked USC travels to Lincoln to take on #19 Nebraska. Sooners Sneak Past The 'U Oklahoma snuck past Miami Saturday furthermore proving that they will be a force in the Big 12 Conference this season. The Sooners fought a tight-knit battle between the two, but ultimately a game-winning touchdown on an option play decided the battle of two of the NCAA's most recent dirty programs. The matchup was a battle highlighted by two great defenses, and it showed in the 17-10 final score. Fortunately, there were no arrests or allegations made during the meeting between the two. Other Big 12 News:- #14 Nebraska shocked by Wake Forest. - Will #4 Texas be pulling for Nebraska this weekend? - Missouri survives Ole Miss in high scoring bout. - Baylor embarrassed at home by Rice.

Watch out for Coop when you get him next year, don't know how EA has him, but he was a beast on the Kick Return, hell I even remember one time on a punt return. We needed him to catch it so it wouldn't bounce inside the 20. He stays and catches, as soon as he catches the ball, he gets sticked by the leading tackler in our class. Needless to say, he's a tough competitor. Congrats against the win against old Schnellenberger
