With just a few weeks left in recruiting for this season, I figure this is a good time to open up this topic. Talk about who your team is still after and what kind of class they are going to pull in.
So let's get down to business.

Missouri
We've got three or four guys that could make a good impact this upcoming year that have already committed.
4* Michael Keck - #62 on the Rivals Top 100, also has already enrolled. (DE/LB) 4* Andy Maples - One of the top JUCO's this year. (DT) 3* Derrick Washington - Scored 30+ TD as a senior, and was part of back-to-back state champs. (RB)
The guy that most Tiger fans are excited about is Gilbert Moye, an athlete from Texas. Apparently, the 'Horns are showing interest but he's sticking to Mizzou. He's got 4.5 speed, and has a pretty good arm. Another Brad Smith type, but apparently his throwing skills are much better than Brad's coming out of high school. Probably would have been higher rated, but had to transfer schools due to Katrina, and his stock went down. Beating out Texas, LSU, and OU so far right now. We also beat some heavyweights out for Keck. Arkansas and Alabama along with Iowa offered him, so that's a coup.
On Rivals, we have the 33rd best class in the nation, and would be Pinkel's best class since he's been here.
EDIT: Oh, I should throw in that we've offered 26, but some will count against last year's class, so we have about three or four more schollies left.

5*- Eugene Clifford (DB) He had two intercetions in the Army All-American Bowl, and should start the season as our nickleback. He may ending up being the replacement for departing safety Brandon Mitchell.
4*- Brandon Saine (RB) Saine is 6'1 213 pounds, and runs a 4.34 40 yard dash. He has won the 100, 200, and 400 meter championships in Ohio for three years running. He ran for over 2,000 yards his senior year. He will be the lightning to Chris Wells' thunder, and I would expect us to utilize him in ways that USC utilized Reggie Bush. Saine had a knack when it came to punt and kickoff returning, so I wouldn't be surprised to see him back there for the season opener.
4*- Devon Torrence (DB) Torrence has good speed (4.40) to go with a solid frame at 6'1, 190 pounds. He will see limited playing time next year, but is a pretty good ballhawk.
We've got a chance with a pair of five star prospects, in WR Deonte Thompson, and CB Ronald Johnson.
We're not looking for depth in this class, as we only have around 17-18 schollies available. Hopefully, we'll be able to find some impact players in this class.

Alabama is going to have a shallow class this year, as I think we are in a similar situation with OSU and only have around 18-20 scholarships to offer.
Currently, there are a few players that Saban is trying to bring in to close the class strong. They include DE Sidell Corley (soft verbal with UF, McGill Toolen Catholic HS in Mobile, AL), DB Michael McNeil (FSU lean, Davidson HS, Mobile, AL), WR Brandon Gibson (UMS Wright HS, Mobile, AL), and RB Joe McKnight (John Curtis HS, River Ridge, LA). The star of that list is Joe McKnight, who is looking most closely at LSU and USC. To pull McKnight from Louisiana would be huge for Bama, and put the corndogs on suicide watch.
I'd personally be happy just grabbing Michael McNeil, anyone else is gravy really.
The current verbals consist of six four star recruits and nine three star recruits. We have a very heavy class on defense, having four d-line prospects, 2 linebackers, and 3 DBs already having a verbal. The offensive players are few, but most of them are very talented.
The best so far:
4* Robert Marve (QB)- Plant HS, Tampa, FL. Had over 5,000 total yards and 56 total touchdowns his senior year at Plant High School. Started off the year as a 3* but was upgraded near the end of the season. Could very well be the starter for Alabama after John Parker Wilson leaves.
4* Rolondo McClain (LB)- Decatur HS, Decatur, AL. Big 6-4, 240 pound linebacker that will likely play ILB in the Saban defense due to his size and strength. Has the talent to possibly start next year next to Prince Hall, but I'm not sure will the vast change that Alabama's defense is likely to undergo.
4* Kerry Murphy (DT)- Hoover HS, Hoover, AL. This kid is huge at 6-5 and 315 pounds. Will be a nose tackle in Saban's 3-4 defense. There are questions on if he will qualify or not, so that must be kept in mind. His size and strength though will make him a quick mainstay at the Capstone as soon as he arrives. *Edit: Rush Propst seems to think it's going to take one hell of an effort to get him to qualify.*
Hopefully I'll be able to add a few more to that list by the time signing day rolls around.

Texas A&M Commits 4-star - Von Miller (DE) 4-star - Bradley Stephens (RB) 4-star - Derrick Stephens (LB) 4-star - Brandon Williams (ATH)
The two Stephens are probably the best two signees so far, but there are a couple more big-time guys looking at A&M and hopefully they'll come.
Just thought I'd show you guys the players from my high school going to the NCAA...
2-star - Shea Brewster (P/K) Baylor 3-star - Detron Lewis (WR) Texas Tech, Arkansas, Kansas State 2-star - C.J. Parish (LB) Baylor, Kansas State, Northwestern 2-star - Daniel Palmer (RB) UTEP 3-star - Drew Dudley (LB) Kansas

Isn't Marve an Alabama commit? He's a soft verbal, but was solid until Shula left. I really think he'll end up at Alabama.

Penn State's recruiting classes tell nothing. Joe Paterno sticks in these random players and turns them into stars while the five star players end up on the bench most of the time. We are going to snag about five linebackers though.

I'm really hoping that the Longhorns can land William Cole from Ceder Hill, Texas. This guy is amazing, and torched my high schools defense. What I don't know about with him is how he plays defense. He said he wants to play some DB in college, but he played QB at Ceder Hill.
They also have Christian Scott, and Lennon Creer coming for official visits.
Also Im really excited to see Tray Allen play. (I cant believe I'm excited about seeing an OL). But my high got to play him during the playoffs this year, and it would be really cool seeing a local guy playing on Texas.
Top Commitments
Tray Allen- ***** Curtis Brown- ***** John Chiles- **** Keenan Robinson- **** Malcolm Williams- ****
Also my high school is having a pretty good year.
Ryan Britt- ** OL (Committed to Wake Forest) Breece Johnson- ** WR (Committed to North Texas) Evan Walker- ** WR (Committed to North Texas) Matt Howe- ** LB (BYU has a strong push on him)

Michigan has a good class coming in, all signs are pointing to RoJo (Ronald Johnson), a Rivals Top-5 recruit commiting at receiver to go along with three other 4-star receivers (5 in total). Plus Texarkana's finest, Ryan Mallet.
We still have a shot at Donovan Warren, ranked 25th overall by rivals (a corner) and he is in town tomorrow. I'm excited about this class, even if people are saying we're 4th best in the Big Ten, we have some serious talent coming in.

As far as what side of the ball he plays on, if he plays DB, he can go somewhere else. If he came to Mizzou, he'll play as soon as he sets foot on campus and be a star in our offense, period. I honestly think he could get lost in the shuffle at a school like Texas.

[glow=blue,2,300]2007 National Champion Florida Gators Recruiting Class[/glow]
After competing for USC between the top class of last years recruiting and bringing in Percy Harvin and Tim Tebow, Urban Meyer is looking at possibly a repeat for that top spot.
5-star DT Torrey Davis: Would be a great addition to what was an awesome defensive line, should fill one of the holes of Marcus Thomas, Jarvis Moss, and Ray McDonald leaving.
5-star DE Carlos Dunlap: Just like above, another top tier D-Lineman that will help provide the depth we had last yr.
5-star QB Cameron Davis: With only Tebow on the roster, we needed to bring in some QBs. Should help our depth at the position in the future with a 4.5 40 and good size at 6'4 230+.
5-star OL James Wilson: Our line basically will stay the same from last year, but along with Carl Johnson of last years recruiting should be good for the future.
4-star DE Sidell Corley: Would be another great addition to our defensive line that has traditional produced stars in the NFL.
4-star TE Aaron Hernandez: Broke records in Carolina and could be the next tight end to flourish in Florida in the future.
4-star DBs Ahmad Black, Lorenzo Edwards: Would help add depth to a position that might struggle next season with Reggie Nelson, Reggie Lewis, and Ryan Smith gone.
Big players that have interest:
WR's Ronald Johnson, and Terrance Toliver: Id say we got a much better shot at Toliver, looks like its between us and LSU for the Texas receiver.

OKLAHOMA
My first one that I have to talk about is Austin Box. This kid is a beast. Our high school played his team in the State Quarterfinals this year and he had a field day. He threw for so many yards and TD's against us and on defense he had two or three picks. I'm pretty sure he's going to play linebacker next year but when he does I think he will make a big impact.
Jontae Bumpas is a big dude. We played his team last year in the State Semi's, and let me tell you something this kid was a beast his junior year. I didn't get to catch him his senior year, but I bet he got alot better.
Jimmy Stevens is another kid that is coming. He holds some record in the nation for kicking in High School(not sure which one it is).
and Finally the Keith Nichol kid. Don't know much about him, heard he was a great athlete but he will be fighting with Bradford and Hazle for the spot.
