AB reportedly has one of those "advisers" that help him in his decision making process, almost like an agent, but not really. He was very much considered an Oklahoma lock. About as locked as you can be to there, but about two months ago, dropped them like a rock.
He has a little brother (RB) that's likely going to be one of the top five players in the country next year, and it's been rumored that he's going where big bro goes. So he'll likely head to Miami too.
I was a little surprised that he'd go to Miami too. Thought he was going to Florida, but apparently his top three were UF, FSU, and Miami.

Ohio State picked up a committment from a 3* OL/DL out of Glenville, Shawntel Rowell. I'm a bit perplexed by all of this, because we've got very limited schollies to give out and this kid just looks like a little blob.

Pryor's HS Coach is a lifetime Michigan fan. Too bad that has nothing to do with TP....

What a past month for Nebraska recruiting. Two of your biggest recruits go to rival schools (Bryce Givens - Colorado, Blaine Gabbert - Mizzou), and they've had three others de-commit in the past WEEK, including the #1 JUCO, Simi Kuli. Will Compton is down to Illinois and Missouri, eliminating Nebraska a few days ago. DJ Woods is considering Mizzou again now with RichRod's departure to Michigan. Couldn't have happened to a nicer bunch of people.

It's an OSU- Michigan battle with OSU having a pretty damn big lead right now...
but wow Cordale Scott committed to Illinois. I thought he was a lock for the Buckeyes but oh well, also that dude on DSM predicted that Scott was going to Illinois.

Last I checked, Ron Zook was still the head coach at Illinois.
If the man doesn't win AT LEAST 10 games next year, he should be run out of town. It's one thing to get the talent, but coaching it is completely a different animal, and he won nine games in a weak Big 10 this year.
I think the Big 10 will be tougher next year, but how much remains to be seen.

I'll take DeVier Posey over Scott any day of the week. Scott was really just an extra player anyway, didn't impress me too much. And LOL at Illinois fans. For some reason they think now that Zook will beat out Tressel for every recruit and that they have infiltrated the Glenville pipeline.

I would not be surprised if Pryor picks UM.
Crappy basketball team means he can start right away in both... I would take that over OSU if I was him. Why not take the sure thing?

Uh, National Championship aspirations ring a bell? Not to mention the hope of playing in the NFL or NBA, and RR hasn't exactly groomed NFL prospects at the quarterback position. Hell, Pat White is in his 3rd year as a starter and still can't complete a pass to save his life. Every recruit has their own different needs and wants. Pryor has specifically stated that he loves RR's offense. Hasn't stated that he loves Michigan. He's taken one official visit so far and that's to Ohio State, and I won't begin to get worried about him heading elsewhere until he at least takes an official to Ann Arbor.

Some of them are getting a little too big for their britches over on some Missouri BBS. I hope we get Will Compton to spite those little bastards.

Sportsbuck, I think you do need to be worried about Pryor heading to Michigan with RR there. You are kidding yourself if you think Michigan doesn't have similar MNC chances every year as Ohio State does. That and CRR's offense is a perfect fit for the guy, who if good enough, will make the NFL either way. Remember Pat White went to WVU because he could play QB there, his other offers from LSU ect. had him at WR. So he isn't a guy who should be lighting it up through the air.

As long as the guys at Buckeyeplanet (Who have sources inside the athletic department and close to the situation) aren't worried, I won't be worried. You are kidding yourself if you think Michigan has any chance at the MNC next year (Although you might mean in the next few years), what with a coaching change and not to mention their best players are all graduating. They've also got to re-tool their personel to suit the spread offense and to suit the 3-3-5 defense. Whatever offense JT chooses to run with Pryor would be a perfect fit for the guy. Especailly because it would be based on Pryor's strengths and the strengths of the people around him. At this point Pryor would not be able to make it to the NFL with RR's tutilidge, he's too raw as a passer (Although his passing skills right now are very comparable to Pat White's).

Michigan's going to have a few down seasons before they rise back up.
I too would be shocked if he goes anywhere else but Ohio State.
