What's up with the ACC???
Duke loses to NC State, Georgia Tech loses to Wake, Maryland loses to Miami? It's weird.
Also, i think FSU will upset North Carolina and then Virginia will win the whole tournament. I might even buy tickets to go to a game this weekend because the St. Pete Times forum is only 15 minutes away from my house ;D

The UK/MSU game has been amazing, just going to overtime now. I don't know how they called the line vilation on UK, but whatever I don't know all the nit-picky rules of basketball. Gordon just hit a three point shot at the buzzer to force it into overtime.
Yeah, so Mississippi State just won.

Wow, i saw three great games today!
Kentucky should of beaten MSU considering three key players for the Bulldogs fouled out in the fouth. Vanderbilt should of been able to squeeze by Arkansas and Miami's effort was superb but BC was the better team.

What's funny to me is how much the West got hammered for being weak, yet three of the final four in the SEC are teams from the west. I know this because tonight's games are East v East and West V West. Florida will be the only eastern team to make it.
Oh and I want to put out a nice "Hotty Totty" for tonight's LSU/Ole Miss game. Just because well, I don't have to hear about LSU's SEC tournament run if they win.
Also, who noticed that no higher seed won an ACC opening round game?

Another interesting stat ESPN whipped out a few years back is that the winner of the ACC Tournament recently has rarely/never won the National Championship that year. UNC fans beware. |

Well I bet TJ is a little pissed right now. That was a tough loss to Albany for UVM. 1 point and not able to get the last shot off, tough. Great games the next few days, Purdue is giving Ohio State all they've got, only a 5 point game. Pitt-Georgetown tonight, and OK State-Texas, all should be good. |

Well I bet TJ is a little pissed right now. You got it DB. Albany freakin rushed our home court. Questionable decision by Lonergan to hold for the last shot, but that's certainly not why they lost. Mike Trimboli and Chris Holm, UVM's two best players, didn't come to play. |

I hate Lonergan but I think it was the right call. Albany had sliced through us all day, and was creating open shots from everywhere. We scored, they would've held and then won. I really think if you want to pin it on a call, it has to be the decision to throw up that stupid three, one which we didn't need.
Holm's injury, plain and simple, was the death of us.

So Al Horford just got helped off the court in the SEC Title game, and his ankle turned in a very unnatural direction. Not good for Florida.

Texas A&M-CC! Their first year in the league and they've only had a basketball program for 8 years if I remember correctly and they're in the NCAA tournament. Good for them.
