and my george mason patriots beat Vermont in a very close game yesterday. It was fun to be at the game and cheer my ass off and sit three rows away from the court. Our first big test is against Kansas State in the Old Spice classic which is about two weeks from now.

Yeah, if UVM's point guard (Trimboli) had been able to come through and make some of his shots (i think he was 3-22) they would've had the game. No worries, though, they gave you guys a tough test and I think they'll be real good in the AE this year.

I had to put the shit DVR. Had a little company a moment ago and we watched Talk To Me with Don Cheadle. But I had to end that early cuz I got 2 papers that are due in like 3 hours.

well my patriots beat Dayton tonite....awesome game. Over 7,775 fans at the patriot center (more than what we had for our opener) and there were a lot of Dayton fans too. We're 3-0 but now we have to get ready to face Kansas State in 6 days at the old spice classic....

HUGE GAME! Our schedule is light this year and we just have to beat the Wildcats. We'll have to contain Beasley because he is beasting this year but Mason loves to perform miracles and we'll need all the magic we can get if we wanna beat K-State. God, I cant wait for that game (its in orlando so im not going)

Blaze, I don't know why you're so worried about K-State.

Beasley's played against pretty crappy competition to this point, so it's skewed. If you can slow him down, you have an excellent chance to win. They're not as good as the polls indicate.

I know that but after watching my Patriots play against mid-major teams in person, I'm worried. We struggled in the first half against these mid majors ( vermont, cleveland state, dayton) and always thrive in the second half when the game is close. Until we played Dayton last friday, our wins had been sloppy.

K-State is young and Mason will test em but we HAVE to get this win. K-State will be a big test and this game will show which team is for reals and who quite isn't.

well im off to get CHOOPS 2K8 fellas....luckily i only have one class tomorrow so Im hoping I get a lot of playing time with the game.

I'll also probably be playing rockband alot as well (my friends are going to buy the expensive bundle as well tonight).

OSU/LSU was a good game today. Maui Tournament always provides some good basketball.

Tech hit a three with two seconds left to beat Notre Dame in some Virgin Islands tourney.

Anyone catch Mizzou vs Michigan State....excellent game. Fun to watch but Mizzou came up short- losing 86-83

Now the Spartans will play UCLA tomorrow night. Should be a great game and I hope the Bruins go down.

my god, George Mason needs some post players to complement Will Thomas. K-State has some great talent and is showing it but they're also very inexperienced- they started 4 freshman...

And how about them Patriots! Up 39-30 at the half. We shut down Mike Beasley and playing some real good D. I dont know about K-State but Mason is dangerous in the second half and im hoping we can pull this win out and face Villanova tommorrow.
