Deal looks nice for both teams, but I'm not the biggest NBA expert.

I'm just glad Iverson is gone. Hopefully we will make good of those draft picks.

The sixers were tryinng to get Baron Davis, Jermain O'Neal type players. Instead, they get an ageing Andre Miller and Joe Smith. Isn't Joe Smith that Timberwolves player that had to sit out a year for something? what was that?
Anywho.... They just wanted to can him, so atleast they got some draft picks.

Well, this isn't all bad for Philly I guess.
The 76ers could get Kevin Durant, Thaddeus Young, and Tyler Hansbourogh in the draft this year. All in the 1st round.

Doubtful. One of the three picks will likely be lower than 25, and at this point Young and Hansbrough are top-20s or low-teens. One, maybe, two is doubtful.

Hansbrough isn't going to leave, and Durant shouldn't. Hansbrough is going to graduate before he gos pro, mark it.

Well they'll get the second or third pick. Keivn Durant is a lock there. I'm saying #24 and #25 will be the next picks they get. So Young and Hansborough might still be there. If not, McRoberts for sure.

McRoberts might be a freaking lottery pick...
Dallas is doing too good....one of the picks is theirs, it'll be lower than 25.

Dude what are you on? McRoberts, Hansbrough, Durant, Young? Are all going to be lottery picks. And high ones at that. 76ers might get one. Not two or, Three.

I don't foresee Hansbrough coming out early, unless he wins a title. And even then, it's still not likely.
The only one out of the whole group that I see leaving for sure is Durant, as he has the most NBA-ready game of any of the aformentioned players. If he plays like he has all season, he'll be a top-10 pick, maybe a top-5.

Um, at this point, if Hansbrough came out, he'd he in the 20s. Young would be low teens. McRoberts and Durant, probably to McRoberts, definitely to Durant as lottery picks.

Stop saying the Sixers should have the 2nd or 3rd pick. More lottery balls are nice, but it never pans out like that. Not too mention now at least Philly has a point guard that will be allowed to play, so they could move slightly out of the hole. Call it Top 10 or Top 8, maybe Top 6 if you're greedy. But don't say, "Derr, Sixers draft xxx cuz dey got teh second pick!!!" because banking on that is just dumb.

They had a pretty damn good point guard to start the year too, and they didn't win much with that...

What I was going for was that this point guard is actually allowed inside a Sixers facility...

I love it when I hear people saying the Sixers will get Oden (assuming he comes out)....because even if the Sixers lose every game for the rest of the year, the ping pong balls never seem to work out for the favored team.

The Sixers prolly wont have the top pick, but they will most likely have their pick in the top 7-8 and they will trade their other two picks for a pick between most likely 8-15 because of the placement of the picks that they have. Let's face it, the Sixers arent going to get Oden, it would be a miracle if they do
