It's what you get when you have a bunch of geezers on your team.

They lost again, and Mike Mussina left in the 3rd.
Just what they need - another injury to a pitcher! These guys are gonna be taking out classified ads in the paper soon searching for pitchers at this rate.

This probably isn't going to happen, but if another Yankee OF goes down, I'd like to see us trade Sanders and Emil Brown for Philip Hughes. It's a pipe dream, but I can wish.

Yanks just put Mussina AND Pavano on the DL. Anyone interested in starting for the Yankees this week should report to Oakland ASAP.

I'd say the Yankees are doing alright considering everything going on and yes...we do have old geezers for pitchers and Pavano needs to be shot but, I think we're going to turn out better than anyone else in this thread's team.

Those Tigers are doing well. Actually, our record is better than yours. And how many games have been played so far? Yes, right now, the Yankees are having their issues. What's good, is Pavano had a good start the last time he was out, Pettite has been pitching well and Chien Ming Wang will be back before too long. There are no serious injuries so I'm not worried. A lot of baseball left.

Doesn't matter how many games have been played. The Tigers are doing just fine, which yuo don't quite seem to grasp.
Whatever. Nice choke job by the mighty Mariano today.

Damn that's the only Yankee I want to do well, for fantasy purposes... oh well, a Yankees loss is a Yankees loss...
Royals only 2 games back of NY! Be scared Yankee fans, because you can't escape the wrath of DeJesus for long! You guys get lucky and don't have to play us till July...

A lot of baseball left. Problem is, Pavano was put on the DL today. And another problem for you Skankee fans, Marco Scutaro kicked Mo's ass. The YankeE5 lose. THEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE YANKEE5 LOSE!

Numbers don't lie. Don't compare someone to Todd Jones as an insult when Todd Jones has been lights out so far.

Is there a problem with people getting emotional after finally achieving what they've worked long and hard for?

It's better that he cried for getting in the playoffs than crying when they don't make the playoffs like the Yankees will at the end of the season
