Let's get some discussion on bowls going.
My first discussion, I was really joking about Hawaii earlier, but after Colt Brennan called out MSU on ESPN 2 this morning, I especially hope he gets his ass handed to him by Georgia.
When asked about reputable opponents, Brennan said MSU backed out of the game for $280,000 because of fear. He also called out the rest of the Big Ten, but made it a point to call out UM and MSU especially.
Gee Colt, maybe if you and half your team weren't convictedfelons and there weren't about 40,000 reports of coaches telling each other not to travel there because of fans and referees, maybe a reputable opponent would actually come play.
June Jones also made remarks saying Tim Tebow couldn't run the Hawaii offense, saying Brennan is much more deserving of the Heisman.
These are some cocky SOB's and I hope they get their asses handed to them.
Here's to Brennan having a pro-career like Timmy Chang.

Talk about politicking. And the fact that Brennan called people out is a joke to me. They couldn't beat the also-rans of the WAC, so let's call out the big 10? Great move. Eh, whatever. Maybe they'll back up their yapping.

You know, I never thought I'd see the day where June Jones called another QB a "System quarterback".

Well he picked the weakest conference to call out...The Big 10...so it was a smart move on his part.

We are at #4 probably, as the Big Least only has West Virginia, and everyone else in that conference is garbage. The entire ACC is garbage as well.

Two things I've heard about the NC game.
1) Matt Flynn's shoulder injury is much more serious than originally anticipated and he's not expected to start. Looks like Perriloux will be handling the bulk of the duty.
2) Ohio State's starting corner Donald Washington (Opposite Malcolm Jenkins) has reportedly been suspended for a violation of team rules. If it's true, he'll likely miss the game entirely. Same goes for freshman Eugene Clifford (He was a blue-chip recruit but has only played special teams this year, and hasn't really impressed). I'm hearing that it's for some kind of fight incident.

anyone wartchin Boise-ECU right now.....Boise looked finished with 1:15 left but then they recover a fumble for a td to tie the game. Looks like OT. I need Boise to win since I picked them to win in the Bowl Pick em.
Entertaining game.

Anyway, everyone picked Bosie I think, so losing that game is ok. First "upset" of the bowl season, gotta hope that holds out until Jan. 7th.

Question here:
How many people actually picked Ohio State to win?

*Raises Hand* You know ya love me In a heterosexual way of course But I told you I am pulling for Ohio State and I'm a man of my word. You guys deserve it after last year, and even though LSU represents the SEC they can go to hell.

I'm rooting for Ohio State, but LSU in New Orleans will be too much to handle I think. I called the score to be LSU 24-14 OSU.

I picked OSU last year and thought they were a better team than they were this year. I went with LSU.
Looks like one of the mighty WAC powers, wasn't such a power. Great finish though. Glad I stayed up to watch it.

Gee Colt, maybe if you and half your team weren't convicted felons By that logic there are only six Hawaii Rainbow Warriors. Not 50+... I guess I've had one wrong misconception.
