I don't mean to act like I know everything, I just am very passionate against Brady-haters.
You're right. He's not mobile like a Vick, McNabb, C-Pepp. But he is mobile, in the way Manning is. He takes very little side steps to avoid the rush and buy time.
And to say Brady isn't the centerpiece of the New England team is also in correct in my opinion. Yes, the defense is very good. But the offensive game plan they run is quite complex. Not saying he is the only one, but I don't think many quarterbacks have the football IQ that he does to run it. Manning does as well as several others. Mike Vick would be completely lost.

If you want to know the truth, there are few Quarterbacks besides Dan Marino who have had pure talent and should be repsected for that alone. Everyone else had help and got famous through that. That's our problem.
We compare to many people, when you shouldn't. There is good, great, and the greatest. You fall in one of those. Great is everyone from the Kurt Warner era to Bradshaw to Favre. The greatest is Marino.
Tom Brady is going to be a great Quarterback, who should get as much respect as anyone else on the list. Without all the talent like Aikman, Young, and Montana had, he's led his team to a hell of a tenure. Sure on any other team, it might be different. That goes for every Quarterback but Marino tho lol.
So if your hating on Brady stfu, and if your riding his ass stfu lol. Either was he's.... NoT 2 ShAbY

Chad Pennington is the Best QB in the league Like I said before how many times has he even led his team to get a sniff the the super bowl? How many times has Brady led his team to sniff and win the super bowl? I'd rather have Harrington over Pennington...well maby not. Jets fans these days, there so biased.

Oh god..let's not start the whole "Pennington vs. Brady Completion Percentage" debate again..
As for the Brady Super Bowl ring argument, sure he had some good drives to get them to that point, but if you didn't have Adam Vinatieri kicking the field goals in the first two SB's, you'd probably have at least one less ring. If John Kasay doesn't kick the ball out of bounds in SB XXXVIII, you might even have two less rings.
Based on that, I don't think Brady deserves all the credit he deserves. He gets a lot of the attention because no one likes to give credit to a kicker or a defense that isn't flashy like Baltimore's. Is he good? Yes, but not worth a 95 in Madden IMO. Maybe a 92 or 93...but then again, Madden has a lot of screwed up ratings for QB's. If Brett Favre is rated a 90 or over, then I'll laugh...he's not that good anymore.

Two things, a lot of the bashing on Brady is circumstantial. You can't say what if because it did happen. Kasay did kick out of bounds.
Secondly, I think, as I said earlier, outside New England, Tom Brady is the only marketable face the Patriots have. So, the media will focus on him constantly, annoying and vexing many other football fans. In NE (Boston here), we do not get a Brady overload. Most of the talk does not revolve around the players, but the coaches and Pioli.

ok i'm not a tom brady fan, but he is underrated if anything. He led the game winning drive in their first two super bowl wins and he wasn't super bowl MVP for nothing. yes, the defense is great, but if brady wasn't there to calmly lead the offense in pressure situations, vinatieri may have never hit those two kicks that made his career. that simple

y mcnabb, should'hve been someone else Who? I mean if you ask me Donovan McNabb had a great season. He was the second best QB last year behind Peyton Manning. Please, don't even say Michael Vick.
