Just like that a 4 game losing streak... luckily the Mets have sucked. Myers has been pitchign well though so far. Too bad he has 26 pitches after just 2 innings...

We are in the middle of a wild card race and the fukin umps miss a three run homerun call that would have won us the game. Get with the program dumbasses, you just lost us the wild card.

1.5 out with Adam Eaton and his gorgeous 6.36 ERA starting tonight. You gotta love the 20 million dollar contract he got in the offseason.

It's a crime he even has one win this year, when Cole Hamels has gotten more losses on 1 or 2 run performances than Eaton has had decent games pitched all year. Reminds of Eric Milton when he was on the Phils a few years back, and finished with almost 15 wins with an ERA above 5, while guys like Randy Wolf had ERA's under 4 and had terrible records...

Jimmy Rollins may not look like a fool after all when he said we were the team to beat in the East. It only took 160 games for the Phils to back it up.

The Marlins are this year's version of the '06 Royals. Last place team, nothing to play for, beats up on 1st place team at the end of the season, 2nd place team wins division.
Really though, it seemed like Washington gave them that game. I've never seen a team bobble around that many balls in the field. I understand that's why they are where they are in the standings, but you can tell those guys aren't going 110% over there...

Marlins up 7-0 today. With all the insanity that is possibly occuring in the Wild Card race, I would love to see a Padres loss, Rockies, Phillies, and Mets win. But I think we can erase the Mets all together now...

Don't want to jinx my myself here but we are two innings away from being NL East champs. After two years this thread finally has a purpose.
Jimmy Rollins really should be top three in MVP voting. He can hit home runs, hit for average, steal bases, field, and wears a dew rag.
