With the Phillies finally winning the East (congrats guys), I think Rollins should be the NL MVP.
On a side note, The Padres have lost and Rockies are beating the Diamondbacks 2-1. If this holds up, then there will still be a game tomorrow to determine the Wild Card.

not really .295/.342 sucks for a lead-off guy

I'll give you Chone Figgins and Pedroia, but no other lead-off hitter that's playing in October has a better average. He's hitting a steady .310 since July (his weak May was the big thing that brought him down) and .360 OB%, which puts him right up there with the top guys, but obviously not at the level of Ichiro and Hanley, but Philly will take more power than Ichiro and more extra base hits and better SB% than Hanley. I'm not saying he's better than those two guys, but he definitely complements his club best in this way...

Philly has other power hitters. They would score even more runs if Rollins got on base more.
Anyway Holliday should be MVP if you use the has to be in a playoff race criteria.

Utley and Rowand are contact hitters and Burrell is homerun or strikeout every time at the plate. Howard is the only legitimate power hitter on that team, unlike a team like Colorado with Helton, Holliday, Atkins, and Hawpe or pretty much both AL East representatives in the playoffs.
I'm not arguing the MVP case at all. Holliday played phenomenal this year, and he should win.
