Yankee fans and calmer don't go hand-in-hand. A lot of us are a-holes but we're no worse than Red Sox or Phillies fans (and don't not worse than Eagles fan). All three teams have the most arrogant and ridiculous fans in baseball. That and a lot of the "fans" that were at your game claiming the Tigers of all teams are on steroids and what not are probably bandwagoning jackasses who barely ever actually pay attention to the going ons during the season, hear something ridiculous another bandwagoning jackass friend of theirs says and uses it at a game.
And I thought you knew Kyle Farnsworth was an idiot already? The guy laughs when he gives up 3-run homeruns in the 8th inning and the fans boo him, so I wouldn't expect anything better from him.

Meh, you're probably right. The guys behind me kept trying to get me into an altercation, so I was still pretty PO'd when I made my post.
Although I was cracking up when the guy behind me said "Baseball would add a second wildcard just for us. I mean, we're that important." I think he had a little too much to drink...

DB, every single damn team has drunk fans. Get used to it, or just don't go. I went to a Tigers game a few weeks ago and you had plenty of your own drunk fans as well. Many of your players denied autographs too. It happens all the time. Not just the Yankees because they win too much and we hate them and they suck big time and OMGSALARYCAP!!!
Yes, sometimes it does get a little out of hand, trust me, I've been to Fenway during a Yankee game and yeah I hated Boston fans. I thought they were snotty arrogant and did I hate that stupid accent. But you have to realize, someone may think the same about your fans.
Move on.
BTW, turning around and insulting on of their players didn't exactly help you at all. If it bugs you, don't pay attention to them. Simple as that.

The offense has been playing well so I won't comment on them. It was just an off night inspired by terrible pitching. Moose needs to hang it up, thank god we gave him that contract...heh.
Honestly though, I apparently never should've opened my mouth when the Yankees were playing so well. All of a sudden, no one knows how to pitch.

I'll let it be known in this thread I pray that the Yankees avoid any collapse and keep the wild card over the Tigers... at least baseball is somewhat interesting with them instead of Detroit. The only thing I remember about last year's WS was when Kenny Rogers had cum inside his hat...
