Utley and Howard hitless with seven Ks. Rollins (who is not MVP at all) hitless. Yay Rockies. That didn't last long. Rollins with the leadoff homer. The first "Who the f are these pitchers?" playoff game of the year, always fun. |

I'm actually sort of torn who to root for..I don't really like the Indians but the longer they go, the more I work. As for the Yanks? not a fan at all.
The atmosphere should be awesome for game 1 tonight (i'm heading downtown in about an hour) and the press should be unreal. I'm kind of interested in seeing if Reggie Jackson is as big of a dickhead as I've heard he is.
In all honesty though, I don't care what happens, I'd just like for a celebration to take place in Cleveland. The last one here was obviously on the home side and while I have pics, I'd like to partake in such an event for myself.

Jamie Moyer in game 3... on home they go... I'll be pulling for the Rockies now. Their offense is nasty and they have a bullpen. That's good enough to win the NL...

It was so hard today, my friends and I caught part of the Phillies game. First pitch we see was a grand slam for the Rockies. This is rough, but at least they are here. Hopefully it can attract some pitchers to the city, but there is such a lack out there.

I know the Phils played good enough down the stretch, but obviously the Mets' epic collapse had more to do with them getting in then their actual play....and now they suck.

Posada and Matsui never fail to live up to their reputation as rally killers, they've already blown what could have been two big innings and...Wang effin sucks...
If they lose this game I honestly don't think they're winning this series either.

Boy, when the Yanks fall apart, they really go all out.... Well I mean, 75% of their season's losses were pretty much them falling apart. They either got smashed or blew it in the 8th or 9th inning. I don't expect the Yankees to lose any other really but...Joe Torre is a jackass putting Suckendorf and then Veras in. Both hardly play this season to begin with and Veras has already sucked pretty badly in the games he did play. |

Game 1 was quite the experience. Absolutely nuts leading up to, during and after the game. I swear to god, I've never seen so many reporters in my entire life. Game 2 should be fun.
