I can't decide if I'd rather see Mair, Peters, or Campbell destroy the hell out of Crosby and Malkin. Maybe we'll call Philly up and ask for one of their thugs... anyways I think it'll be a great game and hopefully give the sport some damn attention.
I've heard of some talk going around that Philly and Pittsburgh may play in Beaver Stadium within the next few years. Has all the flare of this game, except no chance of having a freakin blizzard ruin the game, the PA rivalry, and the proximity of Beaver Stadium to both teams. Of course, any Canadian outdoor game will get massive attendance, but putting 100,000 asses into seats at Beaver Stadium is what's going to help attendance and ratings...

I heard that Flyers/Penguins rumor as well. The question there is if JoePa will let it happen. He has blocked some concerts before. Although, for the revenue, I don't know if it will matter. I would love to see it. I would buy tickets in a heart beat.

Concerts are one thing, huge hockey rivalry is another. And I mean, who really knows that Paterno will be alive to say no anyways. And trying to buy them in a heart beat might not be fast enough Freak. 42,000 tickets were sold to Sabres fans in less than 25 minutes, and the other 30,000 were reserved for season ticket holders. So when you figure each city will be limited to about 50,000 tickets each, minus what's reserved for season ticket holders, you'd probably literally have to have the tickets in your hand within 10 minutes of them selling...

My jackass cousins will all be there with their season tickets. God I was praying so much that they'd slip me a ticket and some gas money to me for Christmas, but twasn't the case...
And Buffalo can't score against freakin Ty Conklin... Unless we trade away Joceylyn Thibault to the team we play next, we have to address some serious issues with this offense. We need someone who can at least give us some sort of consistency. Way too random at this point...
